I still remember when I got in the current generation Mercedes-Benz S-Class and marveled at its pale yellow ambient lighting. It really made the car stand out and spoke to how exclusive it was — not many cars back then had anything like it. Years later, I drove the 2010 Buick LaCrosse home and noticed it had almost the exact same type of lighting. It truly is the era of LEDs.
