Black Is Inspiration for Lexus LX Special Edition Coming to L.A.
Just in time for Lexus’ annual red-bow holiday sales promotion, the brand will roll out a black-trimmed limited edition of its big LX 570 luxury SUV. The 2019 LX Inspiration Series will be unveiled at the 2018 Los Angeles Auto Show in November and will go on sale in time for the winter holidays.

The special edition will have black paint, black 21-inch alloy wheels and a black grille with dark chrome trim. The LX also has black trim for the foglights, taillights, rear door and windows, and the headlights have smoked lenses as well as black trim. Inside, the LX has white semi-aniline leather upholstery and a black headliner.
The big, truck-based SUV is powered by a 383-horsepower, 5.7-liter V-8, all-wheel drive and a full suite of safety and driver assist technology. And the Inspiration Series edition comes decked out with luxury features including heated and ventilated front and second-row seats, four-zone climate control, a rear-seat entertainment system, a head-up display, a heated steering wheel, wireless device charging, a console beverage cooler and a 19-speaker Mark Levinson audio system.
The Inspiration Series will be limited to 500 copies and start at $101,715, including a $1,295 destination fee.
