Child-safety seat manufacturer Evenflo is recalling more than 74,700 examples of its All4One 4-in-1 convertible child-safety seat over an issue that may prevent the seat from keeping a child secure in the event of a crash.

Affected seats were manufactured between January 2022 and June 2024 and sold in the U.S. and Canada. When used in rear-facing mode, the seat may shift recline positions and not adequately secure a child during a crash, increasing the risk of injury.

Evenflo will replace affected child-safety seats for free. The manufacturer will begin notifying owners Jan. 26, but those with further questions in the meantime can contact Evenflo customer service at 800-233-5921, check out its recall report, or visit NHTSA’s website to check their car seat’s brand or model for other recalls and learn more.
