Reader Review of the Week: 2009 Honda Insight

“Now that I’ve driven my LX and tested the EX, I can say the LX is not worth the money compared to the EX. The LX doesn’t have cruise control, a nav system, stability control — having the extra things that the EX model has is well worth the money. Of course I was not smart for not researching, but if you really want a nice Insight get the EX, and forget the LX.

“The LX is also not as fun as the EX. When you drive an LX, it feels like you’re driving a cheap Ford Focus.

“I like the Insight, but I will trade it for a Prius because that gets better gas mileage, and the 2010 is more powerful. It also has better features, and it looks the same anyway.”
