“PackerFan” from (you guessed it) Green Bay, Wis., has piled 3,000 miles on his new 2011 Hyundai Elantra in only three months. After putting the car through such demanding driving, PackerFan has a few more pros and cons to add to his pervious reader review. “It’s comfortable, has a nice stereo, handles pretty well, but there are a few annoyances. The stereo sounds great, but isn’t the most user friendly. The seats are reasonably comfortable, but not great. The engine isnt really powerful, but it gets the job done, although loudly when pushed.
“One other issue: I hear creaking when I go over bumps that seems to come from the upper frame around the driver-side window. Overall, I love the styling, am disappointed with the mpgs, but I still would recommend the car. You do get an awful lot for the money with this car.”
