Updated Hyundai Santa Fe’s Got Us Excited for ‘Ultimate Family Adventure’
Hyundai does family cars right — its three-row Palisade won Cars.com’s Best of 2020 award and its two-row Santa Fe took home top honors in our class-spanning head-to-head mid-size SUV comparison test. Now, the automaker has announced an update to the Santa Fe, calling the new model Hyundai’s ultimate family adventure vehicle — and giving us high hopes.

The just-released Santa Fe teaser image shows a bold face wearing a more squared-off yet pinched grille that also houses T-shaped daytime running lights. Hyundai says the design shows off the automaker’s new integrated vehicle architecture.
After a confusing name change and lineup shuffle, the Santa Fe was last redesigned for model-year 2019 and is Hyundai’s longest-running SUV. Hyundai said more details on the new version will be announced in the coming weeks.
