This past week, prices for regular unleaded gas spiked six cents a gallon and are up 19 cents from a month ago according to AAA. This type of increase is typical around the holidays and aren’t helped by severe weather plaguing the West Coast and northern climates. Earlier today I saw gas at $3.32 a gallon in the northwest suburbs of Chicago.
Did you notice the increase this past week? Did it dampen your holiday travels?
