Job Description

 

The primary purpose of this position is to develop, organize, coordinate, and facilitate a wide variety of training programs designed to promote process consistency and sales and service excellence throughout the organization. This position will consult with assigned leaders to ensure all training programs drive efficiencies and effectiveness within the requirements of the various departments.

 

Responsibilities include:

  • Manage coach and develop a team of sales trainers
  •  

  • Balance and prioritize the sales organizations needs with training bandwidth
  •  

  • Create training outlines and timelines based on interdepartmental needs and training strategy  
  •  

  • Collaborate with multiple departments such as marketing, product and sales to establish core training needs
  •  

  • Ability to travel up to 75% of the time
  •  

  • Other duties as assigned by manger
  •  

 

 

 

Required Skills

 

 

  • Excellent verbal, written & presentation skills
  •  

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Products; experience with CRM/Salesforce.com a plus, but not required
  •  

  • Ability to interact and communicate effectively with all levels within our vertical, our Affiliate network, & our clients
  •  

  • Self-motivated, organized
  •  

  • Results-oriented with a high attention to detail and strong follow-through skills
  •  

 

 

Required Experience

 

 

  • 4 year degree: BS/BA in Business or related field equivalent
  •  

  • 5 plus years of training experience
  •  

  • 3 plus years managing and developing a team
  •
