This includes clear and consistent performance of customer advertising, audience and market level intel to help drive our customers business forward and in the future, our ability to monetize our own data to provide improved value to advertisers in and around the car advertising space.  We are looking for an analytics-driven leader who is passionate about using data to guide strategy and who can provide actionable insights and analysis. This person will have the unique ability to roll up their sleeves and dive head first into the data then quickly develop and present a unique, clear, and compelling narrative that drives exceptional business results and strategies at times of greatest need. This person thrives in a fast-paced, high-velocity environment of creativity and innovation.

 

The Manager of Customer Analytics will play a key role in developing a user-friendly demonstration of the value that our ad products deliver to our advertisers. This person will work with sales and B2B marketing to assess our current ROI reporting methods and help drive an optimal system that empowers sales to deliver an accurate picture of the value we are creating and demonstrate how increased or alternative spending strategies could/would enhance value. As new products launch, this person will work with our Product and Technology teams to measure and track impact and effectiveness and recommend strategies that will deliver optimal ROI for advertisers. This is a highly collaborative position which will work closely with both our internal stakeholders as well as OEMs and advertisers to help create unique data partnerships to enhance advertiser ROI. This leader will have the unique ability to translate quantitative analysis into human language and advertiser value.

Required Skills

 

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Advanced skills with variety of different analytical/digital measurement tools such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics and/or comScore
  •  

  • Understanding of tagging structures for web analytics tools
  •  

  • Expertise with social media analytics, including reporting on creative for campaigns and posts
  •  

  • Ability to communicate complex concepts in easy to understand terminology, and effective communication skills across multiple levels of the organization, including management and cross functional teams
  •  

  • Strong quantitative aptitude and effective project management skills. Ability to think analytically and strategize to solve problems
  •  

  • Familiarity or with advertiser performance metrics and tools
  •  

 

 

Required Experience

 

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field: Business, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics preferred (but not required)
  •  

  • Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word
  •  

  • Solid experience solving analytical problems using quantitative approaches
  •  

  • Experience working in the digital media field or automotive industry preferred (but not required)
