This person will have the unique ability to roll up their sleeves and dive head first into the data then quickly develop and present a unique, clear, and compelling narrative that drives exceptional business results and strategies at times of greatest need. The Manager of Customer Analytics will play a key role in developing a user-friendly demonstration of the value that our ad products deliver to our advertisers. This person will work with sales and B2B marketing to assess our current ROI reporting methods and help drive an optimal system that empowers sales to deliver an accurate picture of the value we are creating and demonstrate how increased or alternative spending strategies could/would enhance value. As new products launch, this person will work with our Product and Technology teams to measure and track impact and effectiveness and recommend strategies that will deliver optimal ROI for advertisers. This is a highly collaborative position which will work closely with both our internal stakeholders as well as OEMs and advertisers to help create unique data partnerships to enhance advertiser ROI. This leader will have the unique ability to translate quantitative analysis into human language and advertiser value.
