This Sales Training manager leads the teams that develop and facilitate the curriculum and training utilized by the sales and dealer training groups. He/she is responsible for developing and implementing a dynamic curriculum for the Sales Process and Products, creating an optimal delivery schedule for both the students and trainers while coordinating associated logistics. The scope of the role includes responsibility for the distance learning function that supports our sales organization across the country. As such, this position requires a leader with organizational breadth and demonstrated strength in communicating and collaborating across multiple departments and functions.
