It wasn’t recommended i need to do the other side of my axel. When i completed the other side in march. I could have done both side at the time. i wasn’t to happy

Technician did not check battery
Battery malfunction resulted in a situation where I was stranded out of town. Additionally, I paid for a new battery for a total cost of $166.05 from AAA. Nissan Service should reimburse me.

Good Service
Asked for 30k check up with oil change tire rotation. About 1-1/4 hrs. the job was done and returned to me a clean car. Doesn't get much better.

Extremely happy
I enjoyed my time at the Nissan dealership. Eric was very polite & very helpful. I wanted to ask a lot of questions about my Nissan Altima and he was there to tell me everything about my car from the front to back, and the inside and out. I would definitely recommend my friends or family to shop with nissan.

Oil change
My experience was great. Went in for an oil change. My wait was not long. Also had my weather strip changed. I was only there for an 1 hr and 30 mins.

Piemonte Nissan is the best
Brought our 2016 Nissan Rogue that we just purchased in because something didnt feel right. Nissan gave us a loaner fixed the problem in no time and treated us like royalty!!!!!

Always helpful and fair
I moved away and closer to another Nissan dealership on Touhy and it always feels like they are scheming to get me somehow. After the 3rd time, I starting driving farther to go back to the Melrose Park location. They make the experience more comfortable, always look out for us and are always super friendly and nice, even when they are super busy.

Great Customers Service
I really enjoy going to Nissan when I have issues with my car. The associates treat you with respect and kindness. They dont make you feel like it was your fault that something was wrong. They just make you feel welcome and put you at ease while your car is getting worked on. I really like the great customer service they give.
