I was intending to by a used vehicle or one- two years

I was intending to by a used vehicle or one- two years old but was able to get my payments low enough to afford a new car. I am enjoying my new car very much.

Staff is always helpful and courteous.

Staff is always helpful and courteous. The waiting area is clean and comfortable. TV volume can be a little too loud at times but overall great environment

I felt a little overwhelmed, buf they got my payment doen

I felt a little overwhelmed, buf they got my payment doen where I requested them. I didn’t get what I wanted for my tradein, basically stoled it and I know they will be abld to sell it for a lot more, even at auction.

Anna was fantastic!

Anna was fantastic! I had to come in on 2 different days for a repair. She was very consistent in her communication and always kept me updated. I had my 5 month old daughter with me and she was above and beyond helpful while I was there.

The service department is one of, if not the cleanest,

The service department is one of, if not the cleanest, comfortable and welcoming that I have ever visited. Adrian Alonso proved to be the most helpful service advisors I have worked with. He managed to get my vehicle in and the services and repairs performed in much less time than I expected. When an unforeseen problem arose he and Jerry Jackson teamed up and basically performed magic to provide a remedy.

Every time I come here it’s a money pit!

Every time I come here it’s a money pit! Last time I was here in Dec. 2023, I spent $2100 + on repairs only to have to come back two months later & need an additional $600 worth of work needed. I also paid $129 for a wheel alignment & my vehicle is still shaking! Not a happy customer. They have changed Service Managers yet again. I have had Nissans for decades but pretty sure after this I’m going back to a Honda .
