The service was really good and Bob was patient. The service was good, but the turn around time was lengthy. I was at the dealership for 6 hours. The process was flexible and I was flexible in my expectations so our deal worked out with mutual benefit.

Joey sold me my first civic, which also happened to be my first car buying experience as well. He was not pushy and listened to my concerns. When I went back to trade it in for an upgrade I went straight to him and he was able to assist me in getting exactly what I wanted. I couldn't ask for a better car buying experience!!

Shaun was exceptionally patient in describing all the options and being upfront about finances. Villy was great about teaching me some of the pertinent things for operating this new (much more technologically advanced) vehicle.
