I had the most incredible car-buying experience at the Mercedes-Benz of Westwood. I never ever had such enjoyable car-buying experience in all my life.... From, sale representative, David S., finance department, service department, management staff, and the entire staff and team members at this dealer, I was allowed to choose my car, test drive any car that I wished, and provided me the price that I did not needed to negotiate. The price was right on target that I wanted to pay. David S. Was very easy going guy, polite, knowledgeable about Benz, BMW, and other luxury cars and provide me with best advises. He knew in and out of the Benz technical aspects. He provided technical consultation on different models of Benz. David never put me in pressure, he left me alone to make decision when I needed, left me alone to think about my purchase for as long time as I wanted, never pushed me. At all other dealers that checked on route 1, sometimes, the whole dealer staff jumped on you and pushed you. I felt I am in an ... experience at the Mercedes-Benz of Westwood. In Mercedes-Benz at Westwood, no came close to me except David S.; once I purchased the car, the whole dealer came forward introduced them and provided support from service to training and so on. They took care of me just like a family member. On Saturday, I took my car for a car-wash; again, everyone greeted me just like a family member. Anyone wanted to buy a car and wanted to have the most enjoyable experience, you MUST go to Mercedes-Benz of Westwood located on route 1. They have cars at different prices where anyone can afford buying it. If you want to have an enjoyable and no pain car buying experience, just go to Mercedes-Benz of Westwood on Route 1, 425 Providence Hwy, Westwood, MA 02090.
From my first interaction with the sales team to the moment I drove my new (certified pre-owner) car off of the lot, my experience was great. I worked... with Bobby in sales and Jason in finance. They were both very responsive, very informed, and went above and beyond to help me with my car buying experience. I would highly recommend anyone interested in buying a new car to come and check this place out. You won’t be disappointed.

I got my First Mercedes-Benz at this Dealership. I ordered a custom built vehicle, and the Sales Rep. (Bobby Chin) had a rough time browsing the options,... but we eventually got through it. As part of the deal, I was offered their paint and interior protection package. It took the expected time to receive the car, and so far so good. Car looked great. One day after inspection, when the car got delivered to me, it still had all the glue from the shipping protection still on the body, as well as pen marks from the spoiler install. At this point I got suspicious of their Paint protection package, and took the car to a detailer for inspection, which confirmed the car had nothing applied to it. When I took the car back to the dealer to complain about the paint protection and still present goo at the car body issues, Bobby angrily got the keys of my car and drove it aggressively to their detailer, further avoiding me at the shop until about an hour later he came back to me saying they cleaned the car "for free". Upset about how this interaction had gone, after questioning about the quality of the job performed, The sales manager (Jerry Bernstein) offered me a "free reapplication", where I could stay and see their detailing team (the one that missed the goo and pen marks) reapply their coat to my car. At this point I cannot trust the protection was ever applied, neither trust the quality of their detailers. After it all happened I took it to an independent detailer and applied a proper ceramic coating on the car. All in all, this turned what would have been a decent deal into a somewhat below average one.
I can understand your concern here and am very sorry that you didn't have a better experience. We have high standards of care for our customers so I'm... going to speak with my team about what happened here to make sure we improve for future guests.
