Very disappointed with customer service.

Very disappointed with customer service. They had my car for 11 days to do minor service (not engine related). The original estimate was ridiculously expensive while one item was under warranty! Opted for minimal service just to replace sensors only. I had to call my service advisor constantly to get information, updates and status. He had multiple excuses and clearly was not able to manage his load. Spoke to the service supervisor about all the delays with minimal satisfaction. Took a 2nd call to the supervisor to finally get resolved and finally get my bill and car back. The only good thing was they did deliver it to my house and adjusted the bill (so they say). Oh and now I have some shoelace looking thing handing from left rear tire wheel well that was not there before!!!!

I gave them the VIN for an SUV that was broke down.

I gave them the VIN for an SUV that was broke down. The customer gave me the wrong vehicle number. Tom in service did not verify. Then he went ghost mode on me. Should have been under warranty. But was denied. $17k for an engine on a vehilce that isn't worth $12k Wont be using them again
