I had a wonderful experience working with Bennett Infiniti for my QX60. The sales process was a breeze and their service department has gone above and beyond for some minor flaws that were discovered. I highly-highly recommend them. Austin Verbinski was awesome to work with in their sales department and their sales manager, Matt Zaborney, was very accommodating in ensuring I had a good experience with their dealership.

I am very happy with my Infiniti Q50 and especially with the wonderful experience during the purchasing process. Austin & Ralph Verbinski were not only very professional, they were knowledgeable, helpful, pleasant, and eager to answer any question I had about the vehicle. When I needed the service department to replace a lost key fob, Austin and Travis Smith made sure that the fob was ordered and the fob was programmed quickly. Again, I am very happy with my car, with Austin, Ralph, & Travis; they made my purchase & service a very easy & pleasant experience! Mary Lampman

Hands down Janielle was awesome I would of never did a deal for our car if it wasn't for her being attentive and responsive to all my questions and concerns. I had reached out previously and whoever I spoke to never got back to me. But Janielle reached out via email apologized and asked me what I was looking for and from there got me exactly what I was looking for. So, If u are looking to buy new or used she is your salesperson for sure. Hands down awesome to work with from start to finish. she also went over all features of car and everything needed for the process to purchase the car. We need more sales people like her. Hand down 10 out of 10 for her customer service. If I'm ever in market for another car she will be the one I'm calling.

Rude Witty.
I called this place with a question about a 2022 Ford Bronco Badlands. Rick picked up the phone. I asked if he could send me a picture of the sticker. Ricks response, and I quote, "Are you kidding me? There are 48 pictures on line." And this was not in some friendly way. It was rude. And since he didn't where I saw the car, he couldn't have known that on cars.com there are only 29 pictures, but that's beside the point. Then, sensing his attitude, I said, "Ok, thanks bye." He said, "Oh, wait, hold on... Bye" click! Which I admit is kinda comical that he kept me on the line so that he could be the one to hang up on me... very clever, Rick. I'll be sure to convey to anyone who they can call for witty hang-ups when considering purchasing $70,000 vehicles. Rick also said that he was the manager... but I hope not.

Purchased a new car there and wanted a demo on how to operate it. Was told to go on utube. He wasn't familiar with it. Also, had to stop and put gas in the newly purchased car as it was on E!!!!!! Yikes when taking it for service they didn't do the inspection that was due soon!!!! Extremely inefficient.

Try to buy a used vehicle from them. Jeniel the sales...
Try to buy a used vehicle from them. Jeniel the sales person I spoke with was very friendly. Could not get the sales manager on the phone after a couple of emails and several phone calls, received miss information about the vehicle from another sales person and drove three hours very interested in purchasing the vehicle and found it had many issues that they’ve failed to tell me about. Janielle did her best to get me some answers but no one seemed interested enough to speak with me. Sales manager was not even in the office. The vehicle was not presented well as they were cardboard boxes in the backseat of the truck with some old parts. That should never happen when you’re trying to sell a vehicle for $40,000. While taking the vehicle for a test ride when you hit the brakes the front end which shake violently and was told by the service manager that it is surface rust and they would not do a brake job. Total waste of a three hour ride. I feel sorry for Janielle as she seem to be the only one working in the building that day.
