    I had been conversing with my salesman at Land Rover Encino for the last few months discussing the vehicle I wanted to purchase and when I was going to... be purchasing. He was extremely helpful. When I meet him to make the purchase, he was professional and helpful and made the purchase quite simple. All of the other people were friendly and helpful. I purchased a 2016 LR4 HSE. This is the third Land Rover I have purchased from Land Rover Encino and it has always been a pleasant experience. I will will not go to any other dealer. From my past experience, their Service Department is outstanding. My car was always ready when I was to told it would been done with same day service and loaner car.

    We worked with a wonderful sales rep named Min last Saturday. I was looking to lease a RR Velar and we were lucky enough to get paired up with him. He... was so patient and knowledgeable, probably the best “car buying” experience I’ve ever had. If you go to Encino dealership, ask for Min!

    I have bought 4 land rovers from this dealership and every year i see a decline in service.I try to call to speak to someone and it is always a run around... or no call back.I have been lied to and giving false info about a claim i put in over a year and a half ago.It all starts at the top but who is the one on top.Please let me know.

    I scheduled a service with Land Rover Encino, using their online system, coming to find that their online scheduling system doesn't work. I arrived... on the day/time of my scheduled appointment and upon arrival was notified that I shouldn't make appointments using their online system, instead I should be calling. Prior to arriving to my confirmed service appointment, I didn't not see any warning online about their system not working as intended, in fact, I actually logged into my account a few times to ensure all of my information was accurate before my service. I came to my scheduled appointment and was turned away. This is very FRUSTRATING because I took the day off for this service. With the nature of my work, taking a day of doesn't come so easy. The receptionist was very friendly and tried to help to the best of her ability, but ultimately I was turned away. Why have an online platform to schedule services if it does work as intended??

    Had THE BEST experience with this dealership from first contact via the website w/ Dave Petty all the way until I drove off the lot w/ my brand new 2018... Disco Sport. I found the car online and made an inquiry via the contact option on the site. Dave called me within minutes and started working on a deal. I had NO idea it would be so easy and smooth. I was actually dreading the process. Dave made it so painless and very enjoyable. I had a few exchanges with Dave and the deal was done. What a relief! I came in signed a few forms with Dave and a few with the Finance Mgr, Fay who was also very pleasant. There was no hassle, no bullying, no intimidation just pure professionalism. I am so grateful for the experience and happy with my new Disco!
