    Our 2006 Mercedes R350 was recently totaled in a hit & run accident. We were a year away from paying off our car, so needless to say, we were not happy. My husband and I began searching for a new vehicle but did not want to start over with high monthly payments and we wanted something that was reasonable, while still giving us that feeling of having a luxury vehicle. I stumbled upon a 2011 GMC Terrain SLT on cars.com. The vehicle had all the bells & whistles...leather/heated seats & mirrors, navigation, backup camera, XM radio, touchscreen, DVD/entertainment system in both headrests, remote start, decent miles etc. After test driving it, getting the OK from my husband and getting a fair price from the dealership, we walked away feeling that we had made a great purchase. It's only been a week but I pray that we are able to enjoy this car for many years to come. Thank you Mark B. for your friendliness and excellent customer service! It is greatly appreciated┬┐!

    I tried to buy a car from this dealership. I spent three days on the phone back and forth. Numerous emails, text messages and phone calls. Talked to the manager and sales person several times. Tried to set the first test drive and I was told the car was going into the shop to replace the thermostat. We set a second confirmed appointment for a test drive. My friend got off work early...fought I-40 traffic for an hour to get there only to find that 15 minutes before he got there only to find out they had sold the car. Of course, we got all the promises...a tank of gas...etc to get us there only to waste our time. Needless to say, we felt so disrespected especially when they told us they didn't hold cars. I am sure if it had been them talking to a dealership for 3 days then strapping themselves in the car winding through traffic to get there only to get a big nothing, they would have been upset too. Anyway, My husband was a Sales Manager of a Volkswagon dealership for 20 years. He never allowed his sales staff to disrespect a customer like that. The typical car salesman mentality here. I would move along.

    Karen, as I stated on the phone I am very sorry you missed out on this vehicle. I always tried to be transparent with you in regards to our no deposit, first come first serve policy. When you and I spoke you told me you had a friend that lived 15 minutes away and would come and look at the vehicle for you as you lived in the Asheville area. Another customer drove up to our dealership from Charleston on the day of your appointment and was working with another sales person and agreed to the purchase minutes before your friend arrived. Once the management staff found out that this was a different customer your friend arrived. Even if your friend said it was a great vehicle you were still 2 hours away and were still trying to negotiate a better price. I never meant any disrespect to you or ever tried to do anything but be honest and transparent with you. I am sorry we were unable to assist you.
