    I bought a car from them 3 1/2 years ago and for the past 2 1/2 years they will not stop calling me from wanting to :refinance my car, sell my car , buy a new car. I blocked them from texting me but the phone calls won't stop. I have made complaints to the Toyota corporation and the calls will stop for a couple of months. Wish I never bought a car from them

    When I purchased my new tundra I had a great sales experience. However the finance dept is absolutely terrible. Had my new tundra almost 2 months, the loan on my old vehicle still hasn't been paid off as agreed in the deal.

    Thought I had purchased a new Camry Monday. Had to return the car today because now they need a co-signer on the loan. Why would they let me drive the car for a week?? Worst experience ever!! I will NEVER go back!! They even followed me home like a criminal to get the other key.

    I contacted the Internet department regarding a new car purchase and specifically said I could not take calls during work hours and would like information via email. I received 4 phone calls in a two hour span the same day, and finally an email response two days later asking if I had received their calls. I replied to the email only to receive a "message send failure" notification. I received 6 more phone calls but never a voicemail, and eventually was contacted via email by the Internet manager asking when would be a good time for them to call. I replied saying after work hours and when that was, and never received a response acknowledging my inability to take phone calls during the day. Two more calls during the weekday, and I blocked their number and went to buy a car at another dealership. An appalling experience where none of my basic requests were even understood and after seeing a 1.5/5 star review on google I decided it was for the best that I couldn't ever reach a rep who cared.

    Arrived at the dealership and asked for the Internet sales associate. Waited over 20 minutes and nobody came to see me. I was ready to buy a new truck. Now I will spend my money somewhere else. Horrible customer service.

    My wife and I had spent the week driving just about every used and certified pre-owned Toyota Prius in town before we saw what Centennial Toyota had online. We clicked the get more info button, filled out a little bit of info and within a few minutes Trevor got in touch with me and scheduled a time for us to come down and test drive the car. Once at Centennial Toyota, Trevor met us at the door and pulled the car to the front for us for us to go on our test drive. The car was great. It drove well and was expertly detailed. During the drive, Trevor helped to explain some of the features that were unique to the Prius. When we returned to the dealership we began the car buying process. Trevor listened to us and our concerns as we negotiated the price. In the end we were able to come to an agreement on a deal that included our trade in and finance amount. Next we went into the Finance office and Jesse and Anna walked us through the documents and explained the warranty options while Trevor ran our new car through the car wash and pulled it up to the front. They were very knowledgable and helpful in making a quality decision. The complete process was very enjoyable as each of the people we interacted with were extremely helpful and listened to our concerns and tried to find a resolution. The entire process was enjoyable and the staff was respectful and happy to help. It was a joy to work with Trevor and the team over at Centennial Toyota. We look forward to the next time we get to stop back off and purchase from Trevor. If you are looking for your next car definitely go see Trevor and tell him John W sent you his way. You will not be disappointed.

    This is a great lot to look at cars, used and new. The sales staff are consistant and friendly. The process is a negotion, without pressure. You can take your time ask for what you want and wait and see. Know the car buying process inside and out and you will be fine. In the end it oa up to you if the deal is right. This dealership wil do what they can to make it happen if they can. Trust me they want your business and will work hard to earn it with realistic expectations. The inside of the car dealership is a bit tight and cluttered with new cars taking up most of the space. Very old look for a dealership, more modern are clear open spaces with lots of natural light.
