Oil change/ tire balance and rotation

Great customer service, very responsive and informative. Loved the video documentation! However, none of my tires pressure matched, all 4 tires had a different psi. And I paid for a tire balance and rotation.

I went to do an oil change on my 2017 Jeep and the multi

I went to do an oil change on my 2017 Jeep and the multi inspection said that I needed to change the cabin and engine filter. To my surprise, when I got home and was going to put the new ones in, it no longer had the old filters. The mechanic no longer put the old filters in the Jeep. The service guy, Johnny, didn't explain anything to me about what the Jeep needed. and when I paid they told me that the package of 3 oil changes was no longer valid for the same price. when they have it on the internet.

I had an appointment for a oil change and tire rotation.

I had an appointment for a oil change and tire rotation. Was on time, but it still took over 1-1/2, hours to complete. Thin I had to advise them that they didn't rotate my tires, add another 30 minutes!
