Attention Attention Great Service Department

The service department is top notch compared to all other Dodge dealerships. I would recommend this dealership for all your car needs. They had to go pick up some of my parts to service my car and did so, while updating me throughout the process. My service advisor Mr. Isaiah Wills was very considerate and hardworking.

Do not go anywhere else!!

Went into the dealership today to get an oil change and rotation without an appointment, I had a pleasure to work with Ronnie, actually, every time I go for service always look for him. I would not recommended this dealer.

I would not recommended this dealer. Not even for service. When I went to pick my truck up they couldn’t find it. The Uconnect still not working. Oh and staff can be rude. Customer beware.

Had a wonderful encounter when I went in for an oil

Had a wonderful encounter when I went in for an oil change. My service technician was Rich Morris and he was very kind, helpful and respectful. My only complaint is that making a 10:30 appointment with a service technician mean just that. I did not know I had to MAKE A separate service appointment and my wait time was almost 2 hours. Had a very nice time chatting with Scott Southern as well.

Horrible experience

Drop my car off, service man couldn’t tell me what was wrong but took my keys. Called the next day to get a update on my car, answer the phone rude, hung up on me & told me the guy that had my car wasn’t working today & I had to wait to hear from him whenever he comes back to work. The dealer ship over priced me on a minor issue & told me that have to have my car 1-2 weeks and no rentals. I refuse service & had to pay $180.00 to get my car back. Horrible experience

Don’t buy here

Worst buying experience ever & I’ve bought a lot cars in my life the salesman (Geo) & his sales manager won’t return any of my calls or texts on something simple I’ve tried to get fixed now they have my money so they have forgotten about me I wouldn’t wish this place on my enemies

My car was towed there after someone stole its four

My car was towed there after someone stole its four wheels. It has been sitting there for 42 days. Not only they haven’t done any work on the car (and they have already received the check from my insurance) but they also refuse to talk to me. The service department maintained that they haven’t done any work on the car after a month because they’re waiting for my insurance to approve their new quote, which turned out to be a lie. I called my insurance and these people have not tried to contact them at all. After publishing a review they finally contacted my insurance and I'm still waiting for them to fix the car. But it got even worse, they misplaced the key of my car and are trying to charge me $600 for a new one. When I try Salvador Sosa’s direct line it goes straight to voicemail, but I can’t even leave a message because it’s full, I called the dealership, they put me on hold for an hour and then hang up, several times. So they have done no work at all and are trying to make me pay for a key they lost. I can't believe this is happening, it is ridiculous.
