    I wasn't going to leave a review but saw negative comments and wanted to share MY experience. I purchased a Jeep in late 2016 and was treated great. No problems at all with sales or the finance person.

    Looking to replace vehicle (Cadillac) for my mother - this dealer had one posted on Cars.com & it was exactly as described in photos when we got to dealership. Had our financing so buying process was exceptionally easy, the salesperson was nice & professional.

    Came into test drive a vehicle. Communicated to the salesperson and the sales manager I wanted to move forward with purchasing the car, however I needed my spouse to come see the vehicle. I was concerned about the vehicle selling, and inquired about putting down a deposit- but was promised they were holding the car for me. They did not want to "bother with a deposit check"- their word was good and I was assured. I told the salesperson my husband would be by in the morning and we were moving forward with purchasing the jeep. Received a text that the jeep was sold a few hours later. TERRIBLE way to do business. I drove an hour to this dealership and will NOT be back or recommend to anyone I know.

    Dallas Dodge has the worst service department. I highly recommend taking your car to another dodge location. Jeep was there for 2 months and no updates and would call the rep and would not even bother to ever return my calls. Came time to pick up my jeep and it was filthy. And they also lied about certain things being done to it. If you tell me the carpet was clean then why does it look the same? Nobody even bothered to explain to me what exactly was done to my jeep. WORST SERVICE CENTER!!!

    John Weinzapfel is the GM at this store. Very unprofessional and disrespectful. I plan on telling everyone I know not to ever shop at this store. Donald the Finance manager is also as rude as they come. The people here only want to get over on you and help you get buried in negative equity On a car. Helping customers is not the name Of their game. Worst experience ever.

    I would like to update my previous post about my purchase with Dallas Dodge. I want to thank three dallas dodge employees in particular, Jon Winzapfel, Ezelle Brown, and Donald Grayson. My concerns with my car purchased was addressed and taken care of in two days. They do care about their customers and ensure you are completely happy with your purchase. I feel they went above and beyond to get me in the car that I truly wanted plus some. I highly recommend Dallas Dodge and my salesman Ezelle Brown to any and eveyone who's seeking a pleasant car buying experience. Thanks again Dallas Dodge.

    I went in a week ago to purchase a 2015 dodge challenger that I saw online only to wait 30 minutes for them to come back and say it's not on the lot. I specifically told my rep Ezelle Brown that I wanted fog lights added to the vehicle before I would purchase. I was called to come in and do paperwork and he told me my car was in service and he was still working on the lights. That was a lie when I arrived at 6 and was still nearly there to closing he still did not tell me that there were no fog lights. I was very upset and not even giving an option to purchase them myself. This place lacks honesty, communication and professionalism. I'm not the least bit excited about my new car it was a down grade from what I wanted and I can't believe something as simple as FOG LIGHTS would be okay to loose a customer.

    Dallas Dodge is a terrible waste of land. They have had my jeep for 3 weeks. I have not had luck when I call for service. My service rep that I have been using is 1 out of 6 calls available. They have given me multiple dates my vehicle will be ready and not one of those has been correct. They use to be a wonderful place I have no idea what happened. I will never use Dallas Dodge again for work on my Jeep Grand Cherokee.

    I am a USAA customer trying to trade in my 13 challenger for a 15 chally r/t .. they said they were the only dealer with a 15 rt so i drove a whole hour to see it to find out they dont have it on the lot but dont have 1 i wanted or any at all, then couldnt finance me.. i went to landmark dodge in mt zion where i got my 13 and ive been financed my car note was reduced and i have it pre ordered already with all features.. go to the Giant aka landmark. Plus it looked like a used car dealership. Lol
