    BOUGHT NEW VEHICLE 2 MONTHS AGO AND STILL HAVE NO PLATES. DEALERSHIP STATES THETE JOB HAS BEEN COMPLETED AND IT IS D M V THAT IS HOLDING UP THE PROCESS. TAKLED WITH TEXAS DEPARTMENT OF MOTOR VEHICLES AND FIND OUT ONLY TEMP PLATE APPLICATION HAS BEEN FILED. TEMP PLATE EXPIRES TOMORROW I GUESS I WILL PARK THIS VEHICLE UNTIL SOME ONE CAN MAN UP AND ADMIT THERE IS A PROBLEM.

    RUN! Don't walk away from this place! They have horrible customer service! I bought their oil change package, and everytime I come to get an oil change they cannot find it in the system. I usually have to get the Mgr to find it. They are horrible!

    I bought one of their Certified Pre owned Jeep Cherokees (CPO = $1500 upcharge) in July of last year. 7 months later it will not start. I take it in because I have a power train warranty. They recommend $1800 dollars in repairs(All non warranty items). I guess none of this was covered under the 125 point inspection before they sold it to me. They ended up selling me a new battery for $340. Great. Thanks, Autozone has the same battery for $200, but if I left without them selling me something I would have been liable for their $130 diagnostic fee. This is essentially a girl with an Ipad and a OBDII connector. I have never paid more and felt like I got less. I will never do any business with Dallas Dodge ever again. I am now on my way to trade this jeep in on something else before it breaks.

    Came into test drive a vehicle. Communicated to the salesperson and the sales manager I wanted to move forward with purchasing the car, however I needed my spouse to come see the vehicle. I was concerned about the vehicle selling, and inquired about putting down a deposit- but was promised they were holding the car for me. They did not want to "bother with a deposit check"- their word was good and I was assured. I told the salesperson my husband would be by in the morning and we were moving forward with purchasing the jeep. Received a text that the jeep was sold a few hours later. TERRIBLE way to do business. I drove an hour to this dealership and will NOT be back or recommend to anyone I know.

    Dallas Dodge has the worst service department. I highly recommend taking your car to another dodge location. Jeep was there for 2 months and no updates and would call the rep and would not even bother to ever return my calls. Came time to pick up my jeep and it was filthy. And they also lied about certain things being done to it. If you tell me the carpet was clean then why does it look the same? Nobody even bothered to explain to me what exactly was done to my jeep. WORST SERVICE CENTER!!!

    John Weinzapfel is the GM at this store. Very unprofessional and disrespectful. I plan on telling everyone I know not to ever shop at this store. Donald the Finance manager is also as rude as they come. The people here only want to get over on you and help you get buried in negative equity On a car. Helping customers is not the name Of their game. Worst experience ever.

    I would like to update my previous post about my purchase with Dallas Dodge. I want to thank three dallas dodge employees in particular, Jon Winzapfel, Ezelle Brown, and Donald Grayson. My concerns with my car purchased was addressed and taken care of in two days. They do care about their customers and ensure you are completely happy with your purchase. I feel they went above and beyond to get me in the car that I truly wanted plus some.
