    I purchased a used car about 2 months ago from this dealership. it was a different make than the dealer sold. after I spent all day dealing with negotiating and finance, I was only handed 1 key when I left. I said immediately that I will need another key, and my sales person said that he would contact the previous owner and get back to me. No follow-up. I was shocked that a dealership would sell a car that uses an intelligent key, without giving the customer 2 keys. to have a key made, it will cost at least $200 out of my pocket.I have left several messages to my sales person, and even went in to demand to speak to a manager. the used car manager, Paul, said he would order an additional key, and contact me when it came in. well, that was 4 weeks ago. there is not follow up. no returned voicemails. next time I go in, I am going to the BBB with my complaint. just because I didn't buy a brand new car, doesn't mean I should be treated with this kind of disrespect! I will never purchase from here again.

    The experience was excellent. I started with an e-mail and explained my situation and my expectations. Next I was contacted by Mary L. who reviewed what I was looking for and I would not accept any HARD SELL. The next step was I gave them a price of a vehicle that I was very seriously considering...a model from the same brand as we have been driving. Gave them my trade-in value. I told Mary, "don't waste my time...if you can do better, call me. They did MUCH better taking us from a nice brand to the upscale INFINITI QX30 model...more vehicle and a better price. The deal was done. They did not push "add ons" etc. We are thrilled with our new INFINITI even though our dealer is 60 miles away...it was and is well worth the travel!!!

    I loved everything about the purchase of my vehicle. I have only one problem and that was the windshield was not cleaned with window cleaner. It looked like it was cleaned with something else that smeared horribly. I came close to two accidents on my way home because I couldn't see clearly. When the Oil Service sticker was put on, that area was cleaned beautifully. So there was a very noticeable difference. When I got home, I cleaned it with plain vinegar and now it look great.

    Weeks ago I stopped into this Infinity dealer looking for a used M56x as they seemed to be hard to find. I met Vladimar who was very nice and professional and asked him to keep a look out for one. I didn't know if I would get a call back but last Friday he let me know one was just traded in and it was exactly what I was looking with all the options. They were very fair in pricing they competed all services and detailed the car, it looked great and I am very happy. This was the best car buying experience I have had and I have purchased several nice autos and I found everybody at this dealership very pleasant to work with. I just wanted to say thanks again for keeping my info and helping me find this very nice sedan. Thanks again, Eric

    I bought a car from them with a trade in. The next day the transmission and the engine mounts were shot. I had the extended warranty, thank goodness.... I dropped the car off and for over a MONTH they kept it. It was always one thing or another. No one would call me back or even answer their voice mail. I finally was able to have multiple discussions with Art who is the Manager at the bargain lot where this was purchased, (however EVERYTHING was done through this dealership), who was so stating he was making things right and that they are so sorry. BULL... So after Art calls me and over and over again because I have just been asking for my old car back and lets me done, this is crazy stupid.. Art says that he has not only put in new engine mounts but a new transmission as well. LIES LIES LIES I get the car and the next day it slips so hard that I felt like I got rear ended. I called right away and guess what??? No one will answer the phone and when I go there, no one is there that can help; I have now made it a joke that I call 2 times a week and leave messages and it has been a month and not 1 call back!! As a female first time buyer, I am disgusted at the lies that they told and the lack of being human beings. They used MY FULL and every cent of the warranty that I BOUGHT to fix something that they NEVER EVER Fixed. I

    I bought a 1998 Dodge Caravan. I understand AS IS. I was told that there service department serviced the vehicle. I was told it a had an oil leak. My wife drove the vehicle home. All of the oil pumped out onto the ground, before she got home. This was more then a leak. Windshield wipers were broken. Windshield wiper fluid, front and bake broken. The front cowl under bumper was attached with zip ties. I sent an email to the dealership, I received nothing from the dealership. I just can't believe this dealership let this vehicle off the lot in such poor condition. If there service department, really serviced this vehicle they should of know this was more then a leak. And again the dealership never responded to my letter, nothing, not even I'm sorry to hear that Mr Kriz. I would never buy a vehicle from Jim Lupient Infiniti Dealership. Very, Very Disappointed Customer!

    We are very sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with your purchase. In talking to all that were involved the consensus was that we had taken great pains to disclose any conditions that we were aware of, including the oil leak. Additionally, the condition of a vehicle that is 18 years old with those miles and a retail of 1750.00 is expected to be far less than perfect. We never received your letter. If we had we certainly would have expressed our regrets.

    Infiniti just told me they would have covered an issue that I am having (even though it was just barely out of warranty), had the Service department logged our interactions regarding an issue with the interior paint coverings peeling off. Even worse they said they still would cover it had Lupient Infiniti logged this issue. I guess it was more important for the service rep to try and get $1000+ in service and parts from me than try to work on behalf of the customer. Thanks for dropping the ball guys.
