    From the moment I sent in an inquiry, I received great customer service. Betsy from Internet sales was quick to reply, and very kind and courteous. Jack, from the sales team on the floor was attentive to help, and financing was easy as 1, 2, 3. My only critique of Jim Faulk Lexus of Beverly Hills would be the parking situation. They're currently remodeling their parking structure so you have to vallet your car, and then drive to another location (5 minutes away) to see their used car lot. Other than that, I give them a high recommendation.

    I got a Lexus GS460 new from Beverly Hills Jim Falk Lexus. The deal came with complimentary service after 5,000 miles and 10,000 miles. When I got the car I was assured that the first 2 services will cost $0. In the 5,000 miles service the service sales person tried to push a "recomended" additional services of up to $1,000. I declined and requested to do only the dealers required service. At 10,000 my wife took the car and I warned her that the dealer will try to convince her with recomended services and she should decline them all and request only the basic required service. The service sales man advised her that she needs to do an additional service of around $300 otherwise there will be problems with the car. She agreed at first but after she called me and I said that it is just the regular practice of the dealer to charge more she called to cancel the added service and was confirmed that the customer service will advise the service deparrtment not to do the service. Of course when she picked up the car she was charged with the full amount

    Horrible experience. They just like to charge because you didn't get the car from them my service was supposed to be free. They wanted to charge me $299. For my first service. Never go to them if I could put no star I would say no star. Also when I just leased the car. Had issue with the trunk couldn't close it. The guy said you have to leave the car and they charge $400.00 because they thought was broken. I drove to Santa Monica. The gentleman there said let me look at it. Took the car last than five minuets came back with fixed trunk. It was not broken. I didn't need to pay. They just charging. I did all free in Santa Monica

    They tried to say I couldn't use a credit union but once I told them the CU would cut the check the same day they allowed me to do this. If not, they would have charged me 2.99% apr, instead of the 1.99% I got from the CU. which would have turned out to be around $2K... So just confirm first. People were awesome, very accommodating especially seeing as I had to fly in to get the car.

    Toook my car in for first servicing which I had "paid" for in a "service contract ". I was told I had only paid for an oil change and it would be $245! Outraged, I spoke to head of service department and was made to feel dumb and was berated by him. Never again. I signed a form canceling my "service contract " which was returned by mail to me from the contract administrator stating they had no records of my even owning my care!!
