Easier than thought.

Buying my new Malibu was not as difficult as I thought it would be thanks to Gabriel Sanchez. He was very helpful and delivered my new car with ease.

Unlike any other. Comfortable buying experience.

I just purchased a vehicle from Gabe at Castle Chevy. It was the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. Everybody I worked with was courteous, friendly, and personable. No pushy, uncomfortable sales pitch. The buying process couldn’t have been easier. Gabe is the man and made the entire process smooth from start to finish. I worked with his manager, Jasper, who also was enjoyable to work with. Trae is their finance guy and helped finish the deal. Castle Chevy just made a customer for life. I trust them with my business and my vehicle. They kept their word and went above and beyond to help me find a vehicle.

Car lasted 5 months

Went in on May 25th and purchased a 2018 Kia Optima. On June 24, the oil light came on. On June 26, went and got the oil changed. Was told that the engine oil had not been replaced in almost 6 months and it was dirty and burning off. On Sep 26 went back to get my second oil change and was told that there is currently a recall open on my car, that had been effective for about a year. The engines were bad on that particular make and model. On Sep 27th imagine my surprise when I was driving my kids to school, and the car cut off and wouldn't restart. Thank God we weren't on the expressway or anything. Had it towed to the Kia dealership and was informed that the engine damage was so bad, they were surprised that it lasted that long. I only had the vehicle for 5 MONTHS at that point. Luckily I also purchased the extended warranty, if not I would have been on the hook for the repair. Why would you sell a car that you knew needed engine work on it. I thought that I was so lucky to be qualified to get a car from them, because I took a big credit hit after I had an accident, broke my neck, and totaled my car. I thought they took a chance on me, but I was the one that got screwed.

Antonique, we regret that you feel this way. We did perform an oil change and full multipoint inspection prior to your purchase. There were no codes or recalls when the vehicle left with close to 70,000 miles. You never brought the vehicle back for service. Good luck in the future!

Service Review

Bought a used car in April and a warranty. Two major repairs since than and no warranty coverage on either. Service prices outrageous. Terrible experience. Will not do any business with them and would recommend people stay away.

Terrible experience.

Terrible experience. Told us a car would be in on Tuesday, car comes in early and by Monday it is sold !! Terrible service. Should have known when they tacked on an extra $2k on top of the advertised price to run but didn’t.

Not Happy

I took my car In for repair. The repair had to be approved by extended warranty company. I was there for 4 1/2 hours. While there the service advisor first told me I needed an air filter. Told him I had a filter changed at another dealership. He then advised me that it was the cabin filter that was dirty. So I said ok change it. I called the dealership where I had previously taken my car. They advised me that it was the cabin filter that they had changed when I was in for an oil change. So they were trying to sell me something I didn?t need. I also asked that they check the air in my tires, which he said they did. When the car was finished and I checked the air, it was the same as when I took it in. After being there all that time they never even washed my car for me. I forgot to say that I told them not to change the filter because I had contacted the other dealership. Another thing about this dealership is when I purchased my vehicle six years ago. On of the perks for purchasing there they advertised free oil and filter changes for as long as you own your car. They stopped doing that about a year after I bought. They told me it wasn?t them that changed the policy, it was GM.

Great experience

Alex Rocha was a very helpful sales consultant from the start. Me and my dad just recently picked up a Chevy Silverado without any issues and in a timely manner thanks to this guy. Really knows what it means to provide great customer service.
