Drove 400 miles to pickup vehicle I had preordered. Ebony was helpful and communicative the entire 2 months up to purchase. Was in and out in 2 hours with new car.

Good communication with Ebony via text. We drove 200 miles to pick up the car and waited a good long while to meet with finance. Understandable for a Saturday, finance being the bottleneck but it made it the only thing we could do that day. The car was detailed before we got there but there were some hairline scratches and chip like scratches that were missed. The head sales man took the car to the back to see if they would buff out but not all of them did. I'm waiting on a color matched pen in the mail. I'd buy again if in the same situation but be a better advocate for myself. That aside I'd recommend Ebony the head salesman.

Called the dealership to get more information on the Camrys and Felicity helped me out with numbers and the features. In the process of buying one 😀
