I was looking for 2 cars and had done weeks of research on Cars.com. I found the Jeep Patriot I purchased at Carbiz in Reisterstown. The car was perfect... for my needs, and Andrew Kinne was so helpful with my MANY questions. So much so, I bought the second car, a Veloster, at the same time. Talk about patient! He took us through both purchases happily. The facility is BEAUTIFUL and comfortable, and the staff were gracious. The prices fell right in line with what features the cars possessed, there was no haggling, and they were "brand new" almost when we picked them up. Great experience!

These guys play all the tricks of the car game. Bait and switch and oh that car is at our other lot. Just a huge waste of time and I'll never deal... with them again!
I called in advance to request a test drive for the following day and I made sure to let the sales person know that I was driving from 60 miles (and over... an hour and a half) away. I have bought cars from many other dealerships in the past and they always have the decency of putting the car on hold for you. But not Carbiz. For all the swankiness and sleekness they brag about, their lack of respect for the customers' time is non-existent. I was exactly a block away from arriving to my appointment when I got the dreaded phone call. I still decided to stop by. The "Experience Specialist" (salesman) I had the unfortunate experience to deal with gave me all kinds of excuses for what they did ("it's not my fault", "I had no idea it had been sold", "a guy just walked in and paid in cash", etc..). I asked to speak to his manager, with no expectation to solve anything but just to make sure he heard directly from me how bad their customer service was. By talking to him and the salesman, it became obvious to me that this is standard practice. As soon as I left, I found a similar car 20 miles away, called the dealer and, without asking, he said he was going to put the car on hold for me until I arrived. I have never dealt with a more unprofessional dealer like Carbiz and it will be my last. If you plan to buy (or even just test drive a car) from this company be warned that your visit may be in vain.

I purchased my car from Carbiz a couple of weeks ago and had a very cool and fun experience! The show room is delightful to browse, the vehicles are beautifully... kept, finely detailed and the staff was very friendly and helpful. What I appreciated most was that I was not hassled by sales persons, I was allowed to browse in peace. My sales specialist was Javier Cuellar, he's the absolute best; very personable, he listened to my needs and worked with me to find the vehicle that met MY needs. He did not rush me into anything and I appreciated that. Overall, my xperience was fun and enjoyable one! Awesome experience; Javier is definitely an asset to Carbiz, Laurel. Thank you! Onika Nicole H
