    If I could give Hunter Subaru a -100 rating I would. I have never seen a more incompetent place of business in my life. The absolute worst experience I... have had with any automotive related business in my lifetime. Bought a loaded 2014 Outback in pristine condition at Sky Autohaus in Weaverville (which is awesome by the way. Go there and buy a slightly used Subaru instead of anything at Hunter). Unfortunately the car got rear ended on May 21, 2019. Immediately had it towed to Hunter. I figured a Subaru dealer would be the right place to have body work done on a Subaru. BOY WAS I WRONG. I was told repairs would take approximately 2 weeks. I didn't believe them but they said I heard them correctly, 2 weeks. 29 days later I was told the car was ready. They said to bring my rental car to the dealership and that they would take care of returning my rental car since repairs took so long. Two weeks later my credit card was charged $300 by the rental car company for the 14 days exceeding the 30 days my insurance paid for. Hunter never returned the car to the rental company. It sat on their lot for TWO WEEKS and nobody did anything with it! It was like the place was ran by a bunch on 9 year olds. Making matters worse, within those two weeks when I finally got the car back, I immediately began writing the punch list of things they missed. 14 items later (including pin holed paint, missing fasteners, misaligned tailgate, a loose tail light, scratches from the mechanic's screwdriver, and 4 damaged parts that were completely ignored and not replaced. A bike rack was also damaged, they ordered one that didn't even fit the car. I called them and gave them the punch list. They said to bring it in and they would give me a loaner comparable to my Outback. NOPE. They sent me up the street to Enterprise where I was given a Hyundai Accent. A decent automobile but about half the size of our Outback and a base model. But they stated it's not a huge inconvenience, it would only be a week at most before I got my car back. I did not believe them. FIVE weeks later we got the car back. There are still pin holes in multiple locations and window trim is loose. Will I take it back to them? xxxx NO. I would rather take my car to a repair facility that can actually do their job and pay out of my own pocket than deal with Hunter Subaru EVER again. On top of all their incompetence, they lie to you. They tell you they’ll call you the next day with an update. I let them do that twice. Each time I waited a week until I called them. It was painful listening to them stammer over all their excuses for not getting back to me. I have never seen a more incompetent place of business in my life.

All my questions and requests were addressed while... in the process of purchasing my Palisade. These guys treat their customers like family. Follow up after the purchase is awesome.     I originally was looking at used cars and ended up buying a new Subaru. Alex Black did an amazing job helping me decide on my New Subaru and teaching me... all about it along with Nathan and Vin for making sure I got all the accessories I wanted. Go see these guys if you are in he market for a car.

    The Hunter Dealership was recommended to me in looking for a Subaru Ascent. My salesperson was Briauna Talbert and she helped make my buying experience... a very pleasant one. She was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and was able to walk me through the purchase process in an easy manner. Will recommend this dealership and this salesperson to all my family and friends.

    Awesome dealership!! Bought my first Subaru October 31, 2018!! My salesman was Tony. He was very professional and super friendly! He worked quickly to... get me the deal that I wanted on my Subaru Impreza. The transaction was easy and very low stress unlike most dealerships that I have been to. Chad in finance was also very professional and did an awesome job making sure that I was happy with the financing options and terms. I highly recommend you check out this dealer. You will leave happy! They make sure of it! UPDATE 11/14/2018 I soon discovered the Subaru Crosstrek after buying my Impreza. Fell head over heels in love with the Crosstrek!! Literally!! In love! Yes it is basically a jacked up Impreza in a sense, but it is soooooo much more!! I got the Limited with the moonroof, navigation and Harman Kardon stereo speaker system package. OMG I can't tell you how incredible this vehicle is!! I never want to get out of it! I just drove it in freezing rain this morning after owning it less than 24 hours! It handled beautifully! I am over the moon happy with my Crosstrek! Now on to the dealership...Hunter Subaru. They are THE BEST!!! They go above and beyond to make sure you leave satisfied!! Randy Hunter is very nice and appreciates your business. Great communication. Answered my emails promptly. The general manager, AJ, is also very nice and wants to make sure your experience is nothing short of perfect. My salesman, Tony Turbyfill was awesome!! He really works hard to make the buying process successful and stress free. Tony even went in on his day off to sell me my Crosstrek!! He gave up 3 hours of his personal time to make sure my deal went through smoothly!! My experience with Gordon, the sales manager and Chad, the finance manager were also terrific. If you want a great car buying experience, go to Hunter Automotive Group!!

    Had my Outback serviced and inspection. Appointment was for 4:00 pm. Got there early and had to wait to see a service adviser while they talked to other... employees. A car pulled in behind me and they got service before me. Once I was waited on, I was told I was early, I knew that, and there were other people in front of me. So we waited a hour and half before the car was done. Every one had a false courtesy to me. They talked but did not listen to my concerns about a detail job they do on a prior appointment. To top this off the replace 2 filters without my permission, I found that on the invoice after I left there. I will not go back to here and recommend them to NO one.
