My mothers car, went for oil change. I went to pick it up instead of her. Recommended over $8000 in repairs. They said it the ac unit needed to be replaced,... turns out it was only a blown fuse. Also recommended replacing the clutch plates. It only has 19k miles, when questioned, I was told it was only a recommendation, and not necessary at this time. More than disappointed.
Thank you for your candid feedback. We take all client concerns very seriously. We did search our records and were unable to locate any vehicle repair...s that matched your description of any Porsche that has visited our shop recently. Given your comments, we are very concerned about your experience. Please contact our Porsche Service Manager, Douglas Urban, so that he may address your concerns as soon as possible. My wife and I had been researching a specific vehicle for some time. We found one at this dealership and made an effort to get there in the afternoon one... Monday. We live about 90 minutes away and we both work, so it was around 6 when we arrived. The test drive went fine and I was happy with the car. After the typical haggling, we settled on a fair price and began the process. The "finance guy" was basically a new hire and was very unprofessional and very slow. The first problem was that he ran the wrong credit (mine, instead of my wife's) - which resulted in a hard hit to my credit (despite NOT signing any authorization). The next strike was that because this guy was clueless, he kept yelling across the dealership to our salesman to come help him. The process took literally three hours. The dealership was all but deserted aside from us. We eventually made it out after the business manager had to take over - which he then proceeded to continue to try and upsell us at nearly 9:30 at night. All seemed ok after that... until a few days later a letter showed up in the mail from the bank denying the funding. The finance guy had originally put in a value some $10,000 over selling price in the loan which kicked a rejection the first time (hence some of the stupid long delay). Next up, we get a call three weeks later from the dealership that they screwed up the title paperwork and they need us to fill out new forms. This means that with less than a week left on the temporary tag, we found out the title/tag process had not even begun yet. This failure was blamed on another new hire. London Richardson was a fantastic salesman. The other two guys were some of the most unprofessional people I've probably ever dealt with. When we called (prior to the title mess) to complain, Nate Nunn apologized profusely and even promised to mail us some complementary tickets to the Biltmore - that was a couple weeks ago now and still no sign of those. My take - stay away from these guys. The team there has some diamonds and they have some junk. Our experience was 90% junk with London being the only bright spot. Maybe we just had a perfect storm, but it just keeps rolling on us. We're not even mad anymore, we're just embarrassed for these guys.
Stopped in here on the way home to TN. We had been looking at the Atlas but weren???t really ready to buy. Zack greeted us and we were immediately impressed... with him and with the loans feel of the dealership. It???s s very well appointed and maintained place. Long story short, thanks to Zack, we drove our new Atlas home to TN that evening. The staff stayed overtime to clean up the car and make the deal. This is s great place and I recommend you stop in and see Zack. He???s top-notch.
This was the best car buying experience I???ve had. The salesman, London, listened to me and negotiated a fair deal for me. I felt he was my advocate when... dealing with the financial staff. He also explained not only the car???s features but also the limitations to those features. Information that could possibly save my life. I appreciate the respectful, honest approach at VW of Asheville. They have a solid product and let the vehicles sell themselves without the pressure.
I had a great experience working with the sales department. Song was very friendly, professional and helpful. Thanks for the great service!! Highly recommend... this dealership.
Good dealership to deal with Camelot was out sales guy and Nate the manager. Both busted there xxx to get me to what I required to get into the car. ... Even Joe in finance was helpful. I have originally looked at the Jag Fpace but the Macan has better feel buttons and even the leather. Not to mention it is super xx fast. Thanks guys for your help in assisting us with our first Porsche.
I dropped my car off for a simple battery replacement. When I called them that day, they told me my car was "finishing up and should be ready for pickup... by 3:45pm" Upon arriving at the dealership at 4:45(after work), my car was nowhere to be found, so they put me in a loaner. The next day, I called back and they said "oh, yeah. your car is ready. there was some confusion yesterday." I pick the car up during my lunch break and drive 5 miles back to my office. When I got out and saw the front of my car, I was shocked to see that it was covered in scratches from the roof, to the hood, on each drivers side quarter panel, and even a massive 10 inch scratch on the windshield. I immediately reached out to corporate, and a couple of hours later, the service manager called me, very apologetic, asking me to bring it back in so that they can make it right. I brought the car back to them the day before I left for vacation. While on vacation, I attempted to call them several times for a progress report, and of course, nobody answered or returned my calls. The last day of my vacation, I got a call from Charles in service in which he said "everything looks good. your car is ready." As soon as my plane landed, I went to the dealership to pick up my car, only to find that they had only washed and waxed my car, but had done absolutely NOTHING about the damage. The saga is still currently unfolding, but, as of now, I would recommend staying far, far away from this dealership. Audi is a wonderful vehicle and should only be trusted with capable people, which the service employees at Harmony Motors clearly are not.
Great people to work with. They are quick and efficient and go out of their way fo customer service. This was my first purchase from Harmony.
Everything was great from the time we arrived till we left could not ask for any better . Zach and Tim were very helpful in making this deal happen very... happy with it.
I am a diificult buyer. Jenny and Charlie handled all my concerns with poise and grace ! I would definitely recommend Harmony Motors for the purchase of... a new or used car. Fantastic experience !
