I was greeted in the quick lane promptly by Ronnie. Very pleasant. He(they) got me in quicker than expected. They called me with updates and question regarding other maintenance items that I have been neglecting and took care of those for me as well. You could tell that these guys enjoy their job and each other, from the front to the guys in the shop. I left my other keys there in the bathroom. At 7:00 the following morning, Ronnie was calling me to tell me that my keys were there. They still had one item to fix so I was already on my way back. How he knew they were mine, I don’t know. My check engine light was on so Ronnie quickly discovered what the problem was but after calling service, I could not get in for at least a week. We are leaving for the coast in 2 days. Colton got right on my blower fan issue and had it fixed within a few minutes. Ronnie and “the three fishermen”, I will call them, all brainstormed about my check engine light. They suggested a solution outside of taking it in for service since I need to leave for the coast. On the way home, I implemented their suggestion and low and behold, my check engine light went out. They all just worked as a team, they all got along and you could tell they enjoyed being there. I told them that I wish I could work with them. I just enjoyed being around all these guys. I hated to have to have work done on my truck but I sure enjoyed having it done there. I had walked up to the sales room and a really pleasant young girl greeted me as well. Then Catherine Sexton came by and checked on me as well, we had a nice chat about my last purchase from Asheville Ford. Can’t wait til my next oil change but I sure hope another squirrel don’t build another nest in my cabin air filter lol. Thank you Asheville Ford Quick Lane. Don Brown

Awesome Ali!

My experience buying a new car at Asheville Ford was awesome. My customer service rep, Ali Mousa is fantastic. She is extremely knowledgeable about cars, listened to me and understood what I was looking for, took her time to find the right vehicle for me and walked us through every step of the process. I went from just looking to buying because of Ali's investment in me. To further my pleasant experience, Brent, the Finance manager took time and made sure I felt good about my purchase agreement. If another car is in my future, I want to work with Ali and Brent again!

I was in search of a certain Ford model vehicle, drove up to this dealership and met Bob as soon as I got out of my vehicle. Bob and I meshed very well, very professional!
