I purchased a new Bronco Sport Badlands. The buying process went extremely smooth and pleasant. Both Justin and Samantha made sure my every concern was attended to. Every question answered with expertise and explanation of every detail of the car. The buying process went well as did the car prep and follow up service. I was introduced me to the service department where I intend to get my Bronco Sport serviced. I highly recommend this dealership to family and friends. Any questions I have had are only a phone call away. I am a very satisfied customer. Thank you, Ford, for providing a quality vehicle and a comment staff.

Daughter took her 2015 Focus into the dealership before
Daughter took her 2015 Focus into the dealership before Christmas because the power steering was failing. Service would not return calls. On Jan 12th, they said they looked at it and confirmed required steering. Called on the 17th to say they would order parts on Friday. No loaner, slow or no responses, constantly having to leave voicemail, waiting days or a week if they respond, and they still are not able to confirm a date it will be fixed. No worse feeling being a loyal customer who has purchased 4 Ford's to get this kind of service on top of the worry of my daughter being treated like this. I was considering buying her a Bronco since she lives in Asheville for college graduation. Now, I will consider another vehicle provider because service is everything! And this was not acceptable.

Outstanding customer service! we have been buying cars from this dealership since 2001, and have never been disappointed. Recently, I brought in a used car to trade in for another one. The sales and financial folks were very attentive and listened to my needs, and they delivered. I was given a very fair deal and am nothing less than ecstatic with my new car! I will continue to patronize this dealership in the years to come. I will also tell my friends and coworkers where to shop for their next vehicle! The best part of the transaction was that there was no one rushing me into anything, no pressure. I picked out my car on my own without any one leading me to certain vehicles that they wanted to get rid of. A+ for Asheville Ford!
