    I live in Jonesborough, TN and while we have a couple of Subaru dealerships here, I really enjoyed the way I was treated from the first minute I dealt with the staff at Prestige Subaru. I felt like they were very honest about their product and really wanted to give me a nice piece of mind before heading over the mountain in to Asheville to check out some options. Well, first of all, the dealership is nice! They have WAY more inventory than the local places here and had tons of options for me to look at. I was also handled professionally and not pushed into a particular vehicle at all, which I appreciated. If you're looking to buy a Subaru, the buck stops with Prestige. Thanks for my car, I'll definitely be back!

    I went to 3 dealers here in Asheville; Honda, Ford and Prestige Subaru looking for a vehicle with the best gas mileage and the most cargo space. The extra perk is it's also got AWD! And that's my new 2017 Impreza 5-door. I contacted Subaru through their internet service first and connected with Jason Wicks. He made it all happen smoothly, timely, efficiently and comfortably right from the start. Being a single senior, it can be a bit intimidating walking into a dealership. But Jason's welcoming and straightforward nature made the entire process actually enjoyable. As soon as you walk through the doors of the showroom, the entire team makes you feel welcome. Now, my dog, Merlin & I are ready to pack up our camping gear and cruise the USA in our Subie. Thanks Jason Wicks and Prestige Subaru for making a dream come true possible!¿¿

    Where to begin? Since Subaru released the Crosstrek I knew I wanted one, but like most folks, new model launches make me nervous. I tend to wait a bit for consumer reviews and blogs to start reviewing things after they've been in use for some time. Here we are, three years later, and I was ready to add the Crosstrek to my driveway. The next step was figuring out where to buy from and after a few minutes of perusing the interwebs it was pretty obvious that I needed to look no further than Prestige Subaru. I'm not one of those people who wants to contact a dealership but I also don't want to work with some overly salesish salesperson so I read some other reviews where i came across the name, Jason Wicks. I sent him an email letting him know I was interested in the Crosstrek and he was super up front with me letting me know that they had two 2016's left in stock and that while he wouldn't want to pressure me, I better act a bit quicker than normal. I'm not a big fan of big purchases so this kind of time sensitive decision making makes me a bit nervous but after meeting Jason, those feelings were laid to rest. We all want that "no hassle" "low pressure" experience at a car dealership and this gentlemen gets it. He's thorough, he knows Subaru and he truly wants you to be comfortable and more importantly, happy. I'm now the proud owner of my dream car and if you want to have someone in your corner for the duration of your ownership of a Subaru, please do yourself a favor and seek out Jason Wicks at Prestige Subaru. I literally cannot rate him high enough.

    Called in and was able to get an appointment to have my Impreza serviced. Just had the oil changed and tires rotated this time but I go to the Prestige for all services because their techs always point out issues and recommend maintenance before they develop in to costly repairs. I own my vehicles for a very long time so this is very important to me. They got my Impreza done quickly as usual and I was on my way in no time. Thumbs up.

    I stopped in for an oil change on my Outback. Was advised of a couple of items that would need addressing in the future. The service was done in a timely matter and while waiting I was able to get some work done in the customer lounge with the free wifi and complementary coffee. Very happy with Prestige.

    I have a 2003 Outback that has been giving me terrible fits over these O2 Sensors. I live in Fletcher and have been taking it to a shop there and it seems like every 7-10 days the check engine light comes back on and I'm told that yet another O2 Sensor needs replacing. After about 2 months of this I finally decided to call Prestige to schedule a service appointment. Turns out that the check engine light had been coming back on because of a faulty Mass Air Sensor which was a sub $100 fix. I felt like the "local guy" was taking advantage of me and it's amazing that the big dealership didn't! I will also say that the service department was extremely busy but I felt just as important as the next customer who was in there. The department is really nice and apparently they recently remodeled the waiting area, which was very first class and very comfortable. I am glad I made the trek over to visit them. I'll be back!

    Stopped in at the dealership for some service work because my check engine light came on. I didn't have an appointment and not only were they helpful, they were friendly and nice. Even though the light was on just because my gas cap wasn't tightened all the way :)

    I recently had to take my 2007 Forester in for some work and I must admit, I was floored with how well things went at Prestige Subaru. I haven't taken my vehicle there because I assumed it would be too expensive but they were very upfront and even showed me how they were actually more affordable than a place I had been using in Black Mountain. The facilities are top notch and I felt like I was a priority to the gentleman who was helping me in the service area. I'm glad I took my Subaru to them for work. I'll be back.
