Went to inspect a used Honda Odyssey and the car was marking low tire pressure and it was not cleaned. If you have an appointment to see a car, they should inspect it before showing it To make the car look presentable to the buyer.

I went to the dealership for an oil change on December
I went to the dealership for an oil change on December 20th. They forgot to tighten the screw after the oil change, which led to an oil leak on my garage floor and they only tightened 3 screws out of 9 screws of the lower cover after the oil change. I took pictures for that as proof

Was informed an oil change would take about 1-hour to
Was informed an oil change would take about 1-hour to complete. It took 3-hours with not 1 single update from the service manager or any of the staff.

Nobody greets you or explains what's going to happen.
Nobody greets you or explains what's going to happen. Maybe it is understood what to expect as a frequently returning customer but as my second time there, the customer service was lacking as there was none.

Easy to access. Friendly, very professional staff. Open and honest communication throughout the visit and service/repair completed in a timely manner. Also the wait area was set up well.

Traci was my service coordinator - I felt very comfortable with her - she outlined all I needed beyond my regular 60k maintenance, and it was reasonable and I wasn’t disappointed with the time it took. Traci took good care of me - she was always available - sorry if I spelled her name wrong!
