Worst dealership ever.
Worst dealership ever. Do not work with them. They are dishonest and will screw you over. They will invent things that are wrong with your car that aren't actually wrong then charge you double what anyone else charges for the same service. Avoid Hyundai of Lincolnwood like the plague. I'm not kidding. You will regret it. Go anywhere else.

Walk away, dishonest and rude
All their advertised prices are fake to get people to come in. They will not provide any numbers on writing to prevent them being seed unless you buy while there Do not do business with this people
dishonest sales, watch out for extra fees!
Terrible experience at the dealership. I was looking for a specific used Mazda CX9GT. After a car accident my car get totaled and I was looking for the same car. So I knew the car already. The car on the pictures looked great at cars.com. At the dealer I had to realized it has several scratches, on the bumpers (front and back) on the driver side font and back doors. The steering wheel heater doesn't work. Once I took the car for test drive the sales manager came over and he added $8000 extra fees to the sale price that was promoted on the website, including $2600 for Xzilon Interior & exterior Protection package, $1600 car inspection fee and tax and other fees. It was on paper. He said they can't take those fees off "it's comes with the car". Also he refused to fix the scratches and steering wheel heater on the car. Also I was not allowed to take the paper with me neither can took pictures of his price summary of the car. I'm 55 yo and this is not my first car shopping but this dealership is the most dishonest dealer I have ever met. Stay far away from them. PS Since then I purchased a car at a different dealership without any added bs fees.

A great upgrade and experience.
My husband and I visited Hyundai of Lincolnwood to purchase a 2020 Hyundai Santa Fe for our growing family. From beginning to end, the experience overall was wonderful. We had the pleasure of working with Ron M. He kept us up-to-speed every step of the way, which made the long wait time (expected when buying) a whole lot less unpleasant. The only con was going on a Saturday. I've also never been on a solo test drive, but it was a refreshing experience. It made it a lot easier to feel the car out before committing to buy. I appreciated the no-pressure approach.
Hey there! We appreciate your kind review of Hyundai of Lincolnwood and hope you will visit again soon. As a valued customer/guest, we look forward to taking care of your needs in the future. Until we see you, take care!
The sleaziest dealership I have ever dealt with.
The sleaziest dealership I have ever dealt with. Do not waste your time! I'm particular in the model, trim, color, and options I'm looking for. So, when I find a match, it's a rare thing. Imagine finding the car you want, seeing it advertised on a well-known website that lists cars available for sale that shows the dealership listing it at MSRP. Then, imagine having conversations with their Internet salesperson over SMS. Sharing pictures and VIN of your intended trade in. Confirming that the car is available for sale and being up front that it's an hour and a half travel to get there - please let me know if you commit to selling it, so I can turn around and not waste my time. Now, imagine getting to the dealership and finding out that they're looking to sell it for more than $13k more than MSRP (which, by the way, is about $10k over the listed price on their own website, because they included over $3k worth of dealer-added options, which you can't opt out of). Now, imagine taking PTO to leave work early, so you can make it to the dealership in time to get things transacted and approved with the credit union that you've been pre-approved with. Now, imagine that the sales manager is so smarmy that he says, "This is the only Limited trim available in the state." "But it's not what you were advertising it for." "This is the only Limited trim available for this model in the state." "Yeah, I'm done here." I walked out of the dealership less than ten minutes after I arrived - after travelling an hour and a half to get there. Disappointed? A bit. Disgusted? Totally!
Hello! We're disappointed we couldn't provide you with a 5-star experience during your last visit. We appreciate the feedback and want to assure you of our commitment to honest and professional practices. We encourage you to reach out to us at Customercare@leaderauto.com to discuss this further. Thank you.
Absolutely not! If you have a rebuttal, apology, or offer to make me, do it here, under the glare of public opinion. I do not intend to let anyone assume you've made things right by me just because we've taken it private . I'm not going to shrink away into obscurity like that. You're going to remain the slimy hucksters I've portrayed you as until you make things right by me or try to defend yourselves here. I dare you.
Oh, by the way... you've been reported to the Illinois State Attorney General. Hope you have fun with that!
Hello, kindly reach out to Customercare@leaderauto.com to discuss your situation. Thank you!
Again, that'll be a big "NOPE". Not willing to take this conversation private.
Don’t sell them your Vehicle (SCAM) I visited this
Don’t sell them your Vehicle (SCAM) I visited this dealer in January to sell my Vehicle. The Sales man had promised me a check for my vehicle after 6 week maximum. After waiting 3 months with no calls, emails, or any follow up whatsoever. I reached out myself for an update, I was promised to get the check last Friday (05/06). Now more than 3+ months later the dealer has sold my vehicle and I’m still left without a check. This dealer group has essentially taken my vehicle, sold it, and kept all the profits. I’ve spent time traveling to the dealer multiple times which is about 1 hour from my home, money on fuel (gas is over 5 dollars a gallon now), and stressing over this situation. All I’ve received in return is empty promises and this dealer groups hand in my pocket. Keep in mind we are not talking about a few hundred dollars but more than the average American makes in 6 months. After over 3 months with no money and the vehicle being sold to another person who is also being treated badly, I would call this “business” a SCAM!
