Horrible experience.

Horrible experience. New car manager David is a real piece of work. Give less than your trade in is worth and marks new car up above msrp with market adjustment. xxx. Not to mention 899 document fees. Avoid this place at all costs.

I recently bought a car from this Honda location and

I recently bought a car from this Honda location and their customer service is horrible. They told me the car would include tags, licensing, and mats. And when the car showed up, none of that was true. The salesman (Matt) lied to me and I called because obviously I thought all of that would be included. Well they somehow tried to blame it on me. I talked with one of the sales managers (whoever isn’t Tom) and he basically made it seem like it was all my fault and that I cheated them. Disgusting.

The lady sales person texted me to see if I was comming

The lady sales person texted me to see if I was comming Sat. morning. I confirmed and left home at 930 for it was a 2.5 hour trip. Arrived at the dealership around 11:30. I was informed that truck was not there after 20 minutes of waiting. The lady that I was communicating with didn't even have decency to face me. So 5 hours of riding and 50 dollars of gas for nothing. Thankyou Tameron.

Great experience buying my daughter's car.

Great experience buying my daughter's car. David was awesome to work with and Eloy in service is always amazing! I would definitely recommend them to all of my friends and family!

Since purchasing our Honda CRV from Tameron in Daphne,

Since purchasing our Honda CRV from Tameron in Daphne, the customer service in all areas has been a good experience. Recently, I had a check engine light come on and Roman set me an appointment right away. I arrived a little earlier but was immediately greeted by Andrew, whose professional, helpful, courteous service was so appreciated. My car was checked, and the problem was found and fixed in no time. Even though this appointment was not set ahead, I received the best in customer service in every way.

Had a problem with my 2024 Honda Pilot took it in.

Had a problem with my 2024 Honda Pilot took it in. Had to take it back a few days later was upset but the service manager and Jeff Dunnam took very good care of me and my car. Jeff even meet with me to return my garage opener that I had left in the rental when I picked up my Vehicle. Thank you Jeff .

Wonderful Service

I had nothing but an exceptional experience working with the staff at Tameron Honda in getting my new vehicle. Matt was extremely helpful in finding me the exact car I wanted, in the specific color that I wanted, and with the upgrade of leather that I wanted. He went above and beyond to help me and keep me updated on the timeline of me receiving my vehicle. When the date got pushed back twice for my vehicle to arrive, the staff even offered me a loaner vehicle until my car arrived. It was an extremely thoughtful gesture on their part, it wasn't their fault it was pushed back. I even had a pleasant experience with the gentleman in the finance department, just a very down to earth staff. The sales manager, Austin, was extremely nice, as well. Amazing customer service skills and even drove my car to me once it was delivered...on a Saturday. I would say the most important thing that stuck out to me and why I would TRULY recommend Tameron Honda, is that they do not harass you while you are looking at a vehicle. They let you know they are there to help if you have any questions. Unlike the other popular eastern shore dealership, who harassed me by sending four emails a day and even a video to me about a car that was not even on the lot, Matt at Tameron Honda provided the customer service that every person wants when they shop for a car. I felt at ease looking and purchasing a car from him. If you are looking for a new vehicle, I highly recommend Tameron Honda and Matt! I will be a customer for life! I also wish they would open a second location in Foley, just saying, these guys could do it!
