I was recently looking for a my first new car. I landed on a Honda Civic Si and called EVERY dealership in Colorado looking for one. I called Fisher Honda... and they had just gotten a black 2020 loaded off the truck. I went to check it out that same day (Thursday) and set up an appointment for that Saturday. They held the car for me ,which they did not have to do since i hadn't made an offer or put any hold money down. I bought the car that Saturday and the process was easy and thourogh. The salesman, Hutch Yang, was patient and knowledgable. I never felt pressured or rushed. I am loving the new car and appreciate Honda Fisher for making it an easy process.

This is only about the sales team cant say anything about the actual service team. Was set to purchase a Honda clarity from the dealership and through... a few emails back and forward got an email from Jonathan Fisher saying "I will send you my very best offer on my in-stock Clarity. I will include the $500.00 Active Military Rebate for your wife. If you find my offer acceptable, I'm happy to make you an appointment to move forward. " Offer looked good to me so what did I do, I set up an appointment to move forward with the purchase of the vehicle. Two hours prior to the appointment get an email from Dennis Olmsted saying "The clarity just sold" no sorry we sold the clarity that we set up an appointment for you to purchase and do the paperwork. No phone call just an email back. What a horrible way to do business, don't have me set up an appointment to purchase the vehicle and then just sell the thing. Jonathan's email to me felt like a promise to hold it to the appointment so we can do the paperwork and buy it. Just a crappy way to do business.

Our experience with Fisher Honda was outstanding. We called ahead because we were driving over 100 miles. We where given very good information about the... cost of the vehicle and fees before making the trip to the dealership. Once we arrived staff were very helpful and very low pressure. I'm the original owner of my 2000 Honda Civic Hatchback. I just turned 229,000 miles on it. I have used a handful of maintenance repair shops in Boulder.... I have trust in two shops. Fisher Honda is the top shop. I want to run my car up to the 300,000 mile mark and I'm going to trust Fisher Honda to help me do this.
