My experience was GREAT! Starting with a well-informed, professional named Andy who emailed me answers to every question I had throughout the day including crushing numbers and showing me on paper just what Santa Monica suvs could do for me! Then, of course I wanted to see the car I had picked out on the site and that's where the TEAMWORK came into play! I could not make it in time to meet Andy so he made sure his co-worker Esteban was there to show me the car. Well, Esteban was also well-informed about everything Andy and I discussed which lead to me making my final decision and buying the car that night...... WITH NO PRESSURE! I would also like to thank camran in the Finance Department for being so thorough, kind and informative. That was a lot to digest and thank you for answering all my questions! I found Santa Monica suvs by searching for cars on cars.com. I drove down to their lot and was pleased with the quality of their used vehicles. I ended up driving off the lot that day with a new SUV and am very happy with my experience. andy and camran were straight forward and didn't try to hassle me at all. By the time I was finished with the paperwork, the car was cleaned and had brand new floor mats. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a Range/Land Rover or any other vehicle in their preowned fleet.

I purchased a 2011 Range Rover Sport HSE Luxury and could not be happier with the service from Santa Monica Rover (now Santa Monica SUV's) The sales person was Andy - he was excellent - very, very patient and not all all pushy. He is extremely knowledgeable and gave me sound, impartial advice on the various cars that suited my budget. I made three separate visits before I made a decision! Camran is a senior manager who handles the paperwork and finance. I took out a little finance for 12 months and he arranged this with no fuss. After I left the dealership I noticed a mistake on the paperwork and informed Camran. He replied immediately to resolve the genuine oversight and could not have been more helpful or courteous.... arranging for a new contract with no fuss! Be wary of the poor reviews on here: I am very critical of all things customer service and can say that this business is well run and prides itself on customer service. What a shame more satisfied customer can't be more motivated to give accurate feedback! Thank you Camran and Andy....when the time is right I will definitely be back for my next Range Rover (Supercharged next time!)
