    I have been dealing with Land Rover of Bellevue for almost three years now. As time has gone on, they have gotten better on their service. This time... was probably the best that I have experienced so far. I did have to make an appointment over two weeks in advanced for a standard service and a break job, which seems to be too long to me, but they got the work done in one day and did a great job. Also provided a loaner car for my use while they were doing the work. I think that their prices are still too high though...

    Overall, our experience at Land Rover Bellevue was positive. The salesman we worked with was very personable and had good knowledge of the vehicles. ... We did not feel pressured to purchase a vehicle, instead we felt supported during the process. We are very pleased with our new vehicle and happy we made the purchase.

    They quickly diagnosed the problem. They were able to complete the repair plus some additional work that needed to be done. Everything was completed the... same day. My service advisor kept me up to date on the progress and completion time and also arranged for a car service (Uber) to pick me up.

    My advisor Eric Mahan was simply awesome and the only reason I will be back but the reception folks are below par and not sensitive to customer's needs.... Also their concept of getting Uber is not working plus their signs for the service area is confusing as most uber drivers are worried going past the 'dead end' sign. This is probably a problem for others as well.
