I came in to look at and test drive a vehicle on a Thursday. Russ was very nice and answered all of my questions. My wife and I test drove the vehicle... and loved it. I came back on Saturday to purchase the vehicle. It was a very painless and friendly process. No hidden fees or shady games. The only issue I had with the vehicle was door hinges that were sticking, and Russ offered to replace them at no charge. I very highly recommend this establishment. Exceptional service and professionalism!

I highly recommend this dealership and and Vladimir, the salesman with whom I dealt. The car I bought from Premium was exactly what I wanted, very fairly... priced and in terrific condition with an excellent service history. I live in Chicago and was somewhat hesitant to go all the way to Mundelein but it was very much worth the trip. Should I need to purchase another car in the future, I will go back to Premium first.

My daughter was searching for a couple weeks for a new vehicle. She is very picky, so she covered a 50 mile radius around the house before coming to Russ.... She bought the pre-owned van she was looking for at Premium Auto Sales at a very reasonable price. We were both impressed with Russ. His honesty, and knowledge brought me back a week or so later to get a car for me. I purchased a 2015 Chevy Malibu, and for the first time in a long time, I have no buyers remorse. do you do monthly payments and help people who have low or bad credit... i have been searching for a place like you that has cheaper cars in my price range... but need to make low monthly payments i really don't want to go to jd byryder cause i have heard bad things about them

I've purchased a vehicle from Premium about a year ago, and contacted them again when was looking for another car for a family member. Unfortunately, we... weren't able to find what we were looking for the second time. However, during both trips we were treated very well and with respect. The vehicle I purchased was Lexus RX350 and I absolutely love my car. No issues a year later and I would definitely return once we are in the market again. The buying process was easy and hassle free, dealer took time to answer all my questions and we were able to take the vehicle to our mechanic for a pre-purchase inspection. Overall, very pleased with my buying experience.
