I recently went to Toyota Center to ask about a 2012 Tacoma. My sales man was new but still was very helpful in making sure I had the right information.... We ended up buying a new Tacoma and are very happy with the free oil changes for life and the engine Guarantee for life also. The other dealers couldn't offer this.

Service was good by the service rep that helped me, other reps didn’t acknowledge me standing and waiting for service. Overall the service was not bad.
Have used this dealership for routine service since purchasing my Tundra from them in 2011. it is a low mileage vehicle and has never needed a repair,... due in part to their attention.
I purchased a 2019 RAV4. The salesman was very pleasant and knowledgeable about the vehicles I test drive. The business end of the deal did not take... as long as I expected. The process was pretty streamlined. I left with my new car after about 3 hours. The staff was very friendly and professional
Service departmet did a great job today. My truck was serviced quickly and everyone was very professional. Would recommend highly to family friends either... for repair service.

I drove up and a lot of the service people were behind the counter and no one came over to ask if they could help me. There was a car that came in behind... me on the other side and they were helped before I was.
Thanks for my service rep today. He was great and efficient at performing his job. I hope he stay with the dealership as it seems they have a very high... turn over rate. Things that make you go hmmmmmmm
