We bought a new Honda Pilot yesterday and can't say enough about a wonderful buying experience at Midlands Honda. We have dealt with rude dealerships,... delearships that never got back to us...never a positive impression. This dealership is different! Down to earth salespeople who knock themselves out to make sure you are happy with your purchase and excellent customer service with the finance office. We drove 1 1/2 hours to buy our car, and promise you we will be doing it again just to give our business to this place! Adonis Davis was an excellent sales rep, along with James Pratt and Wayne. 5 stars! Claude who handled our paperwork had the best personality and had us leaving with a smile.
Customer service was excellant.Service was complete in the estimated time frame. It was a nice experience and I would recommend using this dealership to... anyone owning a Honda or any other car/truck/SUV. Plus the extra advantage is watching a movie in their mini theater, or playing games for the children.Free coffee and popcorn.With all ther amenities you almost hate to leave once your service is complete!!!!
My wife and I recently purchased the new Honda HR-V from Midlands Honda memorial day weekend and are extremely satisfied with the whole experience at Midlands... Honda. Mr. Mario Stevenson is a top notch employee who truly takes a "no pressure" approach to the sales process at Midlands and that is what we customers search for in order to not be swayed by the "static interference" which often infiltrates our purchase experience, leaving us in a position of feeling buyer's remorse after the fact. Mr. Mario Stevenson is worthy of the highest recommendation that we, as clients, are able to bestow upon one who embodies the qualities that I feel should be pre-requisites for any salesman regardless of brand. I bought two cars on the same day - a CRV and an Accord. When I bought the oil change policy the finance employee told me I could my get oil changed at... the Lexington dealership closer to my house. Lexington said no. When I went back to Midlands the finance guy was no longer working there and the new guy wasn’t getting my problem resolved. Queen to the rescue. When I called Customer Service she took charge and shortly thereafter my refund check was in the mail! Thanks Queen!

Midlands Honda has provided me with absolutely the worst car buying experience of my life! I went less than a month ago to purchase a vehicle. I bought... a 2015 Hyundai Elantra it was pouring rain the day I purchased my car and I was not given a tank of gas nor was I able to get my vehicle cleaned the day of. About a week after purchase I was having issues with the vehicle and I work two jobs so by the time i have a chance to get my vehicle to them they are closed. I asked for a day off on day 26 after my purchase and took my car to the shop. They accused me of hitting something and damaging my vehicle when this was a problem I had since I got the vehicle they then stated they would cover half of the cost of repair (which was nice but did not make me feel any better that I was asked to come up with almost $200 for a car I haven’t even made my first payment on yet) then while there my car wouldn’t crank they assured me they would look into the problem. When I picked the vehicle up the dealership was closed and my car wouldn’t crank (go figure) I finally got it started and got myself home only to find that the car wouldn’t start the next morning upon calling the dealership they told me they were guessing it was a bad starter and that I could take it to the Hyundai dealership by my house which I did, they found it was a bad battery and the dealership has told me that a battery is something I would have to pay for and that it isn’t covered in my warranty. They have been very offputting during this experience and have offered little help and made me feel like I made a terrible decision with my purchase! I am now out over $300 for a battery for a car I haven’t made my first payment on and have been offered no help and made to feel this is “my problem” I have been passed to multiple people throughout the dealership that constantly put my “problem” off on someone else and have been shown little concern! I will never purchase from this dealership again and will not recommend anyone I know to this dealership! Please be careful when considering to take your business to this dealership/service center, I highly regret my decision to put my hard earned money and trust in these peoples hands.
