    My wife and I recently purchased the new Honda HR-V from Midlands Honda memorial day weekend and are extremely satisfied with the whole experience at Midlands Honda. Mr. Mario Stevenson is a top notch employee who truly takes a "no pressure" approach to the sales process at Midlands and that is what we customers search for in order to not be swayed by the "static interference" which often infiltrates our purchase experience, leaving us in a position of feeling buyer's remorse after the fact. Mr. Mario Stevenson is worthy of the highest recommendation that we, as clients, are able to bestow upon one who embodies the qualities that I feel should be pre-requisites for any salesman regardless of brand. Thank you, Mr. Stevenson for a very positive purchase experience and also to Mr. Wayne Jackson for his work in "making it happen".

    I want to thank Mike Garvis that took both of my Honda Pilots in this weekend to be serviced. He was kind, considerate, helpful and informative about what I needed and why I needed items replaced. He was kind enough to have my car washed and finished in a timely manner. Thank you! Rebecca

    I am the vice president of our club Si Club South Carolina chapter. Chris went above and beyond to provide a place for us to show case our clubs vehicles for our monthly car meet. We got to meet a lot of the employees, check out the new 2017 Si, and we gained a new member within the whole process. Midlands Honda has always treated me and my Civic Si really well, and continues to be my favorite Honda location to get service done and to buy parts. Chris did an awesome job with organization and making all of the group members comfortable throughout the meet.

    I came in to get my 2016 Odyssey serviced (always great customer service by Johannes Algra) and walked the lot while I waited for the shuttle service to depart. I noticed a nice 2018 Odyssey, so when my wife drove me back to pick up our Odyssey, we asked Chris Graham if we could check out the 2018. My wife loved it, they gave us a good trade-in value for our 2016, and we drove off the lot in our new Odyssey. It couldn't have been easier. Would definitely recommend Chris and Midlands Honda for your next car purchase.

    I read some horrible reviews about this place and thought I would give it a try anyway, thinking maybe they were isolated incidents. Overall, the purchase of my vehicle went smoothly, but that's where it ended. I was owed a new key fob with the vehicle and they gave me a "We Owe" slip for it and told me I could take it to any local dealer (I didn't live close) and they would make it and bill Midlands for it. Sounds easy and who am I to know any different. I make an appointment with my local Honda dealership to have it done and upon arrival, they have no clue what I'm talking about and they don't even have an account setup with that dealership to do that. They call Midlands to see if they can pay for it via credit card to take care of me and Midlands gives them the runaround for a good while about their credit card isn't working and can we send you a check? They also seemed to have no memory of the purchase and who I was, even though I'd just purchased the vehicle there like 10 days before. In the end, I was forced to pay nearly $300 for a new key fob that I was told would be billed to Midlands. Then I had to contact Midlands and request reimbursement via a mailed check. Needless to say, this is not what I was told when I purchased the vehicle and I was not happy. For anyone considering purchasing a vehicle here, definitely read some of the Yelp reviews! They are independently owned and if you do go here and they don't live up to what they say, report them to American Honda at (800) 999-1009!! It does affect them when they get reported, especially in numbers.

    Chris Graham was top notch in all aspects of our purchase at Midlands Honda. We approached him several times with questions regarding other comparable vehicles - Nissan Murano, Subaru Outback. Instead of telling us Honda CRV was better, he proved it by giving us comparison guides between the vehicles, his personal knowledge, and giving us time to seek the information we needed without appearing aggressive or arrogant. He made the car purchasing experience better than at any other dealer or any past experiences we have had. We were rushed due to recent total loss claim but did not feel pressured by Chris or management to make a quick decision. Appeared genuinely concerned and made every effort to help us make best decision possible and offer us a great deal. Would recommend Chris to all my friends.

    My wife and I came to Midlands Honda on a Sunday afternoon to test drive the 2018 Oddyssey. We arrived an hour before closing so we were only expecting to test drive the minivan and then come back during the week to make the purchase. Chris Graham took us around for the test drive and as the dealer was about to close he told us that if we wanted to take the car home that same day we still could. A couple of hours later we were driving our new minivan. Chris provided an excellent service every step of the way, answered all of our questions honestly and treated us with respect. We definitely would recommend him and Midlands Honda for your future Honda purchase.
