They called to offer a free synthetic oil change.
They called to offer a free synthetic oil change. I asked for an alignment instead, and they agreed to do that for me instead. I made an appointment for Tuesday at 8 am. I opted to wait, so I found a chair and table in the customer lounge. They had free coffee and donuts, a large TV and several rows of chairs facing the TV. My car was ready in an hour and a half. The technician pulled my car up for me and removed the plastic covering the driver's seat. Later that day, a salesperson called me asking if I would sell them my car because the need some Corollas. I declined.

My wife and I purchased a new RAV4 highbred from Miller
My wife and I purchased a new RAV4 highbred from Miller Toyota of Orange in January. After signing the contract we noticed there were mistakes. I contacted Johnny in finance and told him of the mistakes. He told me we would be receiving a check and adjusted warranties on our Toyota care card by mail, by the end of February. We have not received anything now that it’s the middle of March and cannot get a hold of Johnny or Victor in finance. As $42,000 customers we do not feel we were treated well.

The wait is long even if you have an appointment.
The wait is long even if you have an appointment. Waiting 20 minutes just to have three people come up to my car and ask if someone is helping me and when I said no, each said that they would get a technician which no one did. They also scheduled my appointment for 11am and told me that my car was going to get serviced after lunch 12:30pm because that department closes for lunch from 11:30am-12:30pm. They could have communicated that when booking my appointment. My overall wait was almost 3.5 hours. They have about 10 men just standing there and doing basically nothing, but chit chatting. I used to love this dealership. I have purchased 3 cars from them, but have been very dissatisfied with their maintenance department. They need to step it up a notch if they want customers to return.
