Excellent customer experience

Every time I’ve had my vehicle serviced, my customer experience was excellent. Their customer and car care are on point. Highly recommend the Galeana express oil/lube and Kia Service department.

AWFUL service experience.

AWFUL service experience. I thought we would be helped due to the kindness of Dawn when I first called, boy was I wrong. I have had an ongoing issue with a lease that I have been trying to get fixed since February! They tried to get me to pay $450 for a “fuse” that come to find out is completely irrelevant on my vehicle by claiming “user error.” They acted like they were doing me a favor by covering it even though I am well within my LEASED vehicles warranty. I EXPLICITLY told them there have never been jumper cables on my brand new vehicle before. The issue is NOT a battery issue. After checking out yesterday someone wrote on my paperwork “customer states vehicle has been jumped off.” ABSOLUTELY NOT. Not only did they lie, but they must’ve thought we wouldn’t read the report. We made them fix it before signing any paperwork. They also didn’t address any other issues I have been having such as my key fob all of a sudden being incompatible with my vehicle. Just tried to blame me, and get $450 out of us. I already have an ongoing case with corporate and will absolutely be escalating the issue. Never bring your vehicle here for service!!!

Emma Hopkins is my name, and to add my vehicle is still not fixed and is still having the same issue. I picked it up yesterday. To clarify, I meant corporate as in calling Jeep and not the dealership, sorry for that confusion. I have an ongoing case with them

Towed my 2017 Sorento in for repairs - it acted like I

Towed my 2017 Sorento in for repairs - it acted like I had a tank of bad gas - wouldn't rev past 2k rpm. I was told it might be 2-3 weeks before they could look at it. Thanks to Levarus and the tech team, I had it back in 3 days - turned out it was a code error. They did a complete multi point inspection - checked and reset all computer codes - changed the oil - and caught/repaired a recall for that engine. 5+ stars to you guys - great job! Thank you! I'll be back!

2017 Sorento

Purchased a vehicle with 14k miles and one owner.

Purchased a vehicle with 14k miles and one owner. 30 days later dashboard light is on. Had a finance guy come from behind that extremely tall desk, get IN my face and yell at me to get out. They’re great people while you’re buying but once the dead is done they treat you like xxxx. Would not recommend at all.

Our Finance Managers would have nothing to do with any Service issues or needs. They would direct you to the Service Department to have the issue identified and repaired. Our Finance Managers have offices and are not located behind the sales towers. They are both very helpful and customer oriented, they would never yell at a customer and tell them to leave. Once the finance portion is completed they would not interact with a customer after that point. Did you speak to your sales person or a Sales Manager? Did you take the vehicle to the Service Department or speak to a Service Writer? If you would like to give me information on what happened, I would be happy to research this with you, but we also can not find any information on a screen name.
