    We stopped on a whim to look at a used Civic for my teenage daughter. Adrian did anything and everything he could to make us happy, and put our precious daughter in a car we could feel good about. Although we were purchasing a 2014 used Civic, he treated us as if we were buying the most expensive car on the lot. Thanks Honda of Columbia, and especially Adrian for being awesome!

    Honda of Columbia is well worth the trip across town for me. I bought a beautiful certified used Honda CRV and love it! Adam Bliss was a great help m. The Honda Finance got a better financing deal than I could get myself. So it was a win-win for me. My family has bought 3 Hondas this year from Honda of Columbia an we will be back!

    I purchased my Odyssey from Honda of Columbia over 14 years ago!! I've followed them through their physical relocation to Hwy 378, and am one of their biggest fans! This group of sales and service members are definitely worth the visit to the dealership. Honda of Columbia must be a great employer to work for as I have seen the same faces there for years. They seem to know how to treat their employees as well as their customers. They get an AAA+++ rating from me and from my family (now converted to Honda owners). Keep up the amazing work! Love you all and love my van! My next purchase will be another Honda Odyssey! Preston, you're my hero!

    I went in for an oil change for my 2007 CR-V; however, I was interested in a newer CR-V. While I was getting my car serviced, I went to look at cars. NO salesperson approached me. While I was sitting outside waiting on my car, again NO ONE even spoke to me. I finally did an online inquiry for the vehicle I wanted to purchase. Within 10 minutes, Adrian called me and came outside to greet me. Adrian was the ultimate professional. Even though I was familiar with the CR-V, he insisted on telling me all about the vehicle and the recent upgrades. Adrian was very hospitable while we waited for Steve's offer. Adrian turned a potential negative experience into a positive one. Had he not contacted me, I would NOT have purchased a vehicle and Honda would have lost an "easy" sale. This was my second CR-V purchase. I already knew what I wanted and just needed the right person to make the sale. Thanks to Adrian because he made it happen.

    Went in this morning for service on our 15 Odyssey Touring Elite and our 16 Pilot Touring and decided to check out the new Odyssey on the advice of Jamie B. Spoke to Adam B. And he showed us the Odyssey and said he'd see what they could do. When we got an email from Kerri about the Pilot we went back in and talked about trading that in too. Johnny C. Helped my husband find a new Pilot and Seth helped with our double trade-in paperwork. A fine Monday!

    I absolutely love my new car and working with Adam Bliss. He was very knowledgeable with the features on the car as well as with HONDA cars in general. He answered all my questions and showed me in detail the features that were on the car. I rate him 5 stars and would recommend him. However, he quoted me one price. I was happy with it, but after reviewing the paperwork from Steve Conti, Steve switched out the paperwork and gave me a price of $2000 more. He said " We don't need this sheet" and placed a new one with the higher price in its place. I didn't realize it until I was still at my insurance agent's office, signing papers for my coverage with the car sitting in the parking lot. So please make sure that you double check all paperwork before leaving the property for the ole "switch a roo" paper trick. ( I am currently waiting on a reply by email on how we should handle this good ole paper switch). I just wanted to update this post. The difference was the warranty. I told them they need to print out that information instead of using dealership abbreviations (FWS) so that the consumer will fully understand ALL information on the final bill of sale.

    Allen Elmore and Seth Nortey were both very friendly, knowledgable, and willing to spend the time and energy to answer all of our questions prior to and after the purchase of our new Honda Pilot. My wife stopped in two days after delivery of the vehicle and Allen went over the questions she had --and even called a service man to make sure that the information he was giving her was correct. I would recommend both of these gentlemen very highly.
