I love the service at Lia Volkswagen of Enfield, CT! Not only is it a clean and professional/welcoming environment but the staff is top notch and very knowledgeable in what they do. I have been especially impressed with the care and courtesy of Chris Proctor, Matthew Doyle and William Atchison. As a returning customer, I can claim multiple testimonies of their hard work, consideration and effort in finding me the best deals they could that matched both my budget and my every day needs in a vehicle. They even found me the perfect vehicle during the pandemic and at a time when finding new and used cars on any car lot was almost impossible. Poor service buying a car at Lia Volkswagen

I bought a car from Lia Volkswagen on Thurs night after driving 2 miles the SOS light came on the dealership had just closed. I called the sales man and told him how upset I was buying new and already having an issue, I wanted a different car. I pd alot to have no issues. Bill Aitchison told me he would make this deal right and get me a new car. I took the car right back and parked it for the night. We talked t 7am I STRESSED again how unhappy I was and a new car or my $ back is what I wanted. He was working on that, we talked a few more times when I showed up there a few hrs later they processed the paperwork and said the cars take it. I was not happy and it's still having issues. I'm still fighting with them due to time frame!

Easy peasy long distance purchase.

Just wanted to thank Kyriaki Kazalis and the rest of the Lia VW team for making my new car purchase a breeze. My wife and I were looking for a very specific VW Atlas and Lia VW had what we wanted in stock. We are close to 600 miles away from the dealership but they made everything painless. No high pressure sales tactics, no forced add ons from financing, just an overall pleasant experience. Thank you!

Outstanding Customer Service and Support

On Friday November 19th I noticed that the EPC maintenance light appeared on the dashboard of my 18 VW Tiquan. Which prompted me to immediately contact other Volkswagen dealerships with the Western Massachusetts area. After, speaking with several different dealerships who had no available appointments for service. I didn’t give up on my search I began searching in Connecticut. I stumbled upon LIA Volkswagen of Enfield, CT. I spoke with a very patient and polite gentleman by the name of Jason, Who actually took the time to explain to me what the EPC light means and what type of diagnosis would need to perform on the vehicle. The next day I had to drive from New Jersey to Massachusetts to have the vehicle towed to the dealership. On Tuesday I received a phone call from Nickola, Requesting additional information from regards the vehicle. She assured me that I will be inform about the status of the vehicle as soon as it becomes available. I received a text message from Jason informing me that the vehicle would need to sleep at the dealership for a few day due to the part that was needed was not in stock. Jason even went as far as to offer me a loaner w/o my request. However, He did inform me they have none available. and he didn’t want to leave me stranded w/o a vehicle. I was able to secure a rental car for the time being, My main concern was having the issue resolved with the vehicle. After, picking up the vehicle on Wednesday, Dec 1st it was running great! I just would like to say Thank You to Jason, Nickola, and the Technician who worked one the vehicle for hours on in!! You guys definitely exceeded my expectations! I want you to know: You have earned a new customer for service. In closing upon contacting the service department on Tuesday evening, I learned from the answering service representatives that the founder MR. Lia had passed away, I was even saddened by that news. You all have my deepest sympathy and prayers!! Please continue to keep Mr. LIA legacy alive by doing what’s right!!

Very satisfied

Jason farewell was in service the day I came in. He was excellent. My first time getting an oil change there and he made it so accommodating. It was a pleasure. It was fast too . I’d definitely go there for courteous, reliable service.
