great service
This was my first visit to Vandergriff Toyota; I had used another (closer) service center for years, but became disenchanted with the changes I saw there. I was looking for honesty and professionalism, and I believe I have found these qualities. RaDonna Gritten provided smiles and splendid service. I am well pleased and will be back again. Thanks for caring for my Prius and sending it home clean.

Not quite satisfactory
I recently purchased a used vehicle from Vandergriff toyota in arlington tx and was very pleased with their staff and professionalism. However the vehicle they sold me the detailing job was horrific and the car was still dirty. Also this is the first car i have ever purchased where the dealership sold the car to me and only gave me 1/4 of a tank of gas when i left with the car. The staff is extremely nice but i was seriously upset with the purchase. I will never buy from them again.

Awesome customer service
We had the best customer service. John was patient and very informative. I would defiantly go back and buy my next car from him. This was our 4th car we bought here. But our first brand new car. And the experience was a very pleasant and memorable one. We also want to say a thanks to Greg Garrido pwho was helping he is also awesome. And the financial person Willie Stephens was awesome. Thank you all so much you made our purchases fantastic and not as stesfull. Best staff we had there yet. Thanks.

quick service and very professional
Brought my mother's Toyota for a quick oil/filter change and found it to be very easy to drive up, dropped the car and waited less than 30 min. Everything went well and would definitely would have her return. The price for the Synthetic oil change was $19 less than Jiffy Lube (after the $10 online coupon).

Great Service with a Smile
Nancy Goodwin is the BEST !!!! Nancy excels at customer service. The outside latch that opens the tailgate of my Sequoia had broken. I had an emergency which required the vehicle. Nancy got the shop to repair the same day. She knows how to execute when things need to get done. Thank You Nancy.
