We had a nice experience purchasing a used 2014 Ford Fusion After Looking online i found my car great people there Manley Mercer was very helpful we... decided to take a look at the car. He wasn't a "high" pressure salesman making you feel like you had to buy something .He got us in the car we had been wanting.Bless his heart though we had a prob with the battery he drove all the way to Laurens to get my car and take it back to the dealership to be checked out and brought it back to me safe and sound and prob fixed very nice young man. customer satisfaction is he's number one goal and he delivers that and more I would recommend Mr.Manley Mercer to anyone ! So go check em out !
Mike was quite the professional...the car was open on display and available to drive...he was very knowledgeable (he owns an Equus!)...very helpful du...ring the negotiations but not pushy...I would go back when the time comes!

This dealer is a prime example of why the american auto economy is constantly in flux. They still operate in the past, and are clueless as to how a m...odern car deal is done (they only want to deal in person, and have no care that they loose business). It isn't a surprise that their inventory is aged. I would suggest shopping elsewhere for a better experience and better deal.

Finally, an honest dealership that operates with integrity, transparency, and honesty. Bought several new trucks here for my business, completely has...sle free. When it came time to buy my new car, I regrettably shopped a few other dealerships since I live in Greenville. After getting tired of the run around elsewhere, I called Spartanburg. WITHIN 5 TOTAL MINUTES, NOT KIDDING, 5 TOTAL MINUTES on the phone with Elmer, and then the sales manager Wes, I had a buyers order for a better optioned car, at $1,500 less than the competition. Not kidding. Just always a dependable pleasant hassle free buyer experience.
My front end was crashed in an accident.My car has issues since then.They checked it once and said it was fine.I had a 2nd opinion from a very reputab...le co.They informed me that my car does have issues that this dealership isnt willing to acknowledge.That service manager John is a problem.Some employees knows what's going on but they fear for their job.He isn't doing that dealership any justice.My advice is DONOT CARRY Your vehicle there unless you want to be stressed and deal with very uncaring people once they get your money.By the way my car is suppose to be under warranty at this moment.They don't care!!!!!I pray to God the main person over this dealership gets interested and deal with ALL O F THE PROBLEMS THERE.!!!!This is my 4th jeep and my last because of the disrespect!!!Oh and they ask people to write good reviews because everyone is complaining about them.
My wife and I found a car on the Internet and contacted this dealership (as we live 3 hours away) and the prompt service we received from Mike Koen...ig was phenomenal! He even went the extra mile to do some research for us to inquire about an aftermarket DVD insulation into this minivan. Even though we did not purchase a vehicle yet and we are continuing our search, I just wanted to give a kudos to this dealership and especially to Mike Koenig for his excellent customer service skills on a job-well-done.
Took in my vehicle for service after an accident. It needed a few repairs and minor body work. Multiple issues such as a part not being available is ...understandable BUT it took OVER THREE WEEKS to complete the repairs. I am a retired Chrysler employee and the vehicle is an executive lease. The primary reason it took so long was because the dealership was unable to comprehend and/or unwilling to call Chrysler, despite my repeated phone calls. I understand they never dealt with an executive lease before but Chrysler lease has rules and they pay directly. The dealer never contacted Chrysler to find how to submit the bill. They essentially wanted me to pay which I could not since this is not how Chrysler handles executive leases. Each day cost me money as I had to rent a rent a vehicle. I made numerous calls to the service manager (which were not returned) and eventually spoke to the dealership manager on 3/27/17 who said he would call me back in 15 minutes which of course, he never did. Chrysler had to contact them in order to resolve the issue. I called him on 3/28/17 since the matter still was not resolved. He stated “you are not my customer”. Really? This may be an executive lease but when service is needed, I must take it to a dealer who is reimbursed and PAID by Chrysler. Additionally, my family and friends certainly are customers but they will NOT be doing business with this dealer. I stated as much and he hung up on me and proceeded to tell me that I should no longer contact them per Chrysler Company Lease Department. I spoke to the Chrysler Leasing and was told that was a flat out lie on the part of the dealership. In my nearly 45 years of owning vehicles and having them serviced, I have never found a more inefficient, unprofessional or rude dealership.

Bought a 2015 Kia Forte last year, our salesperson "D" was very accommodating when we asked to examine the car on the lift. The warranty manager Matt ...was very nice with no pressure to buy. They were easy to work with and try to make us happy customers. On the way home after we purchased the car, we noticed a brake pulsation which was not apparent during the road test, we contacted manager Dasha who reimbursed us for the parts as we were able to repair it ourselves. The review could have turn out differently if it wasn't for Dasha. To me, the dealership's customer service rating hinges upon how well they stand behind their product AFTER the purchase. I would not hesitate to buy another car from them.
The people where very helpful land offered a good deal on the car with an excellent trade in allowance.
