    Had a coolant leak , left it to be pressure tested when cool! Needed the truck within few days to haul rv on vacation! Got me in and out quick and work done correctly as usual! Completely satisfied again! Service coordinator joe was friendly and helpful as was everyone else at Shults ford! This is my 3rd new truck since 2009 and I will continue to do business here!

    Recently had an oil change. Greeted by Shelly, who seems to be able to help everyone, at once. Lounge is noisy, and could use more charging outlets, but generally you are given a loaner/ride home/quick service...so, may be overlooked. My salesman still greets me, new owners attend an information/greeting/giveaway dinner. Who does that?! Carwash is included with service visit, kinda nice. You can schedule service visits online. The whole business is (luckily) close to me.

    Dropped off our Mustang for a list of service items (oil and filter, airbag recall, state inspection). Received a call less than 2 hours later indicating the vehicle was ready to pick-up. Although we did not purchase the car here (purchased used out of state), you wouldn't be able to tell based on the high quality service we receive every time we bring it in. This service group is efficient and dedicated to providing quality care. Although we live in Butler, we choose to drive the extra miles to obtain the quality service we receive here. The free car wash service is also a great bonus.

    Routine maintenance needed on a Fusion I purchased at a different dealership. The reps at Shults were fast, courteous, and didn't try to sell me on things I didn't need. When they found out that the maintenance work might take longer than initially anticipated they shuttled me home and picked me up when the work was done at no charge. My experience with the Service department at Shults was extremely positive and I will not only be using them in the future but will also recommend them to friends and family.

    Had 35,000 mile service. Service mgr was excellent and very courteous. Several staff stopped by me in the waiting room to see if I needed anything. Facility very nice, but no Capuchino like the Ford location. No problem. Biggest inconvenience however is the fact that you cannot go North from the location and traffic very dangerous. Location could be better from an access point of view. Still, facility is very, very good.
