Great Service and Attention to Details

Mike Shuttuck my service advisor is always making sure my vehicles are performing in great shape. Whenever I have a problem with my cars I give him a call or just show up if I have tire issues and he takes care of it promptly. I appreciate the service and positive social environment of the staff at the Mercedes dealership. Thanks again and know I will be back for service again.

MB C300 4MATIC Service A

I can't believe this.. you take your car for the MB Dealer expecting MB Service and all you get is a very poor job and very expensive just to replace the oil and filter that is ALL.. ($500) Then in the process your advicer comes with a picture of a broken oil dip stick, and says it was broken (not true) but you are not processing it yet and you agree. Then you get the car and you look at their car war, older than Mainland (Car Scratch) and two guys doing nothing but spraying the tire oil polish on the car and not on the TIRE? Then I got home open the hood and the engine full of oil and not even cleaned.. well I made my point.. Expensive, Bad Job etc. etc. oh.. after my complain just to keep me happy, a courtesy cleaning.

?Bob,Edwin, Ganni, Claudia, Marcus are the Best!!!

I have nothing but good things to say. I don't remember the receptionist name ? but her smile lights up the room when You 1st walk through the doors. My husband purchased his 1st Mercedes Benz in 1967 in Chicago and My 1st in 1987, in Kansas City, Mo. Mercedes Benz, Maitland Always gives Us the Old School type Customer service that We love and truly appreciate. Edwin and I had church last week. Lol He and Bob worked together when We bought our 1st car since moving to Florida. They went above and beyond the call of duty to get us the perfect car and best deal. #forevergrateful. Marcus, Our service technician oversees everything on every service visit. #thankfulgratefulblessed Ganni and Claudia rolled out the red carpet. They worked together and Gave Me Royal treatment.
