    Dropped off my car to have brakes replaced. At 106k miles and the warning tab squeaking it was a no brainer. Donley?s rep called to say there was another... 10k-20k miles left on the pads. Could have sold me something I didn?t need...but didn?t!

    Problems with the truck and Donley Ford was the only place I would take my vehicle. I am always treated with respect and they make me feel like I'm their... only concern. They fixed the problem in no time and I was back on the road.

    I recently experienced a flat tire and drove over a mile on it before I could safely exit the highway. I knew the tire was shot and was bracing myself... for the news that I would have to replace at least two, maybe all four, tires, since radial tires of different tread depth don't match up very well. Surprisingly, after checking the tread depths of all the ties,, the service manager told me one would suffice. The tire wear was not bad enough to require more than replacing the one tire. Obviously a place you can trust to do what is needed in a professional manner...and nothingmore.

    I needed an oil change, tire rotation and to have a recall issue fixed. They were more than happy to work with me with the scheduling, since it would take... a long time to fix the recall issue. I decided to take it over one night and pick it up the next day. The Service Manager sent me a text to let me know that if I had any questions, I could text him back with them, and also to see about when my car would be done. It was a very nice way to be able to keep in touch and not have to call! I?ve had my car for a year, and when I got it, I got a coupon for a free oil change. Even though it took a year before I needed an oil change, they still honored it! It was perfect! No waiting in the lounge for hours. Chris sent me a text when it was done and I had my daughter take me to get it. It all worked out great!
