My review is to comment on stellar service I receive EVERY TIME I bring my SantaFe in for work. Adam is our most frequent consultant and he is amazing! Great communication, kind and incredibly honest. The other day I stopped in without an appt and he wasn’t in. Fortunate for me, I encountered Lainey and in turn Caleb in service who graciously looked at my tires. They both were also great communicators, kind and accommodating! While people are so inclined to complain when there’s a problem, they often don’t compliment. These three set the bar high!

A huge shout out to Chris Banovich at Bergstrom

A huge shout out to Chris Banovich at Bergstrom automotive “Hyundai” - he was absolutely amazing, professional and kind. He was never pushy, he listened to what we needed/wanted and answered all of our questions. (He was also funny) 😄 Chris followed up this morning with us as he said he would. He was very efficient with the sale of our daughter’s first car. We could not be happier. Great job, Chris and Bergstrom. We will be back when we need another vehicle. Excellent customer service!

Just a note to highly recommend the Bergstrom service

Just a note to highly recommend the Bergstrom service specifically Nissan Dealership and the beautiful work the body shop does. My last two SUV’s are the Nissan Rogue. All the service visits have been great. Also we had an accident and brought our 2020 Rogue for repair and Jake and Jay Lee were awesome. I highly recommend Bergstrom on Victory Lane. Gary Soffa

!!!!!!BUYER BEWARE!!!!!! Today I was treated terribly

!!!!!!BUYER BEWARE!!!!!! Today I was treated terribly and completely disrespected by the sales team and their management a for error and misrepresentation on an advertisement that the is dealership made and I was able to point out to them. I was told by Patrick Schwartz or Nick Brouillard that I would need to "lawyer up" because the state was going to side with him no matter, and so "good luck to me" he stated . I was completely taken back and shocked at the treatment from a so called manager. Worst possible part is that this person would not state his name when ask who i was speaking with while yelling at me. I had to call back and speak to the SUPER SWEET RECEPTIONIST Haley , who was the only helpful person at the dealership, and was able to provide me with the two names referenced above, who were the two on duty at this time. My only hope is that she was not told to lie and provide me with incorrect names as i could hear hear someone in the background providing her the spelling to their names (which i did find a bit odd, but i cannot say she mistreated me in any form) Sadly, due to this managers ill-treatment towards me, I am now filing a suit and definitely going to take action and go the legal route. I will see if my legal team can expose this company's other shady dealings, and hopefully prevent this from happening to other customers in the future. I feel pretty confident that this is not the first time this sales team has treated its customers this way, due to how confident his words and actions were when he decided to hang up and leave me on the line speaking into thin air saying "hello?? Is anyone there??" ............ !!!!!!BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!

Great communication and compassion

Issac, the Nissan technician, was so helpful! He maintained excellent communication with me through the whole process of obtaining approval from the warranty company to cover the cost of a new transmission. The process took a few weeks during which he was calm and courteous through it all which helped me so much! We didn't purchase the vehicle at Bergstrom, but were treated with such respect! Thank you!

Love the Entire Staff, Fun & Easy Purchase!!

Best dealership to work with. They make buying a new vehicle fun, which we were really dreading. My wife loved the vehicle and I enjoyed not needing to negotiate. We got an amazing price on exactly what she wanted. The entire staff is knowledgeable, and we highly recommend everyone to we know they check out a new Mazda on Victory Lane in Appleton.

No Interest in out of town shoppers

Called to inquire about a 2023 Nissan Pro-X Frontier. Salesman was not the least interested when I told him I could not come in today as I live in the U.P. of Mi. Then proceeded to Require at least 20 pics of my 2023 trade in that has less than 20,000 miles even wanting pics of the TIRES? Really? I then called back the dealer nearest me who then discounted the truck they had by $1,100 and I then purchased my new Nissan Frontier. These people are a Waste of time go elsewhere!

Bergstrum Appleton, WI

Parts took a little time to order. The repair was not repaired and had to be reserviced. They said they would run the car through the car wash and didn?t. Otherwise everything else was great.
