Great communication and compassion

Issac, the Nissan technician, was so helpful! He maintained excellent communication with me through the whole process of obtaining approval from the warranty company to cover the cost of a new transmission. The process took a few weeks during which he was calm and courteous through it all which helped me so much! We didn't purchase the vehicle at Bergstrom, but were treated with such respect! Thank you!

Love the Entire Staff, Fun & Easy Purchase!!

Best dealership to work with. They make buying a new vehicle fun, which we were really dreading. My wife loved the vehicle and I enjoyed not needing to negotiate. We got an amazing price on exactly what she wanted. The entire staff is knowledgeable, and we highly recommend everyone to we know they check out a new Mazda on Victory Lane in Appleton.

No Interest in out of town shoppers

Called to inquire about a 2023 Nissan Pro-X Frontier. Salesman was not the least interested when I told him I could not come in today as I live in the U.P. of Mi. Then proceeded to Require at least 20 pics of my 2023 trade in that has less than 20,000 miles even wanting pics of the TIRES? Really? I then called back the dealer nearest me who then discounted the truck they had by $1,100 and I then purchased my new Nissan Frontier. These people are a Waste of time go elsewhere!

Parts took a little time to order. The repair was not repaired and had to be reserviced. They said they would run the car through the car wash and didn?t. Otherwise everything else was great.

A Shady dealership filled with xxxxxxxx.

Reserved a 22 Pro 4x Nissan Frontier. Waited a month for it to arrive. It kept getting put off by the sales person Blake I was dealing with. I had to beg and call a manager to schedule a time to pick it up. Then we had a bad hailstorm the day before they denied the hail storm was anything at all even though it was nasty. I was told lie after lie from Blake and the sales manager Jeff. No idea what the truth was or what they were hiding. I was told the truck's wheel was damaged from tech team driving it. They denied the hail storm was bad at all and blew it off as nothing even though their service department was booked for weeks from hail damaged vehicles. I can guarantee every vehicle on the lot took some kind of hail damage. And they will fix them up and sell them as new and never tell the buyer. They might even collect insurance money to cover the hail damage on top of selling them for full value. A bad review is not going to turn anyone away. But I would avoid Blake the sale person if you can.

Purchasing a used vehicle

Nicholas Brouillard was my salesman and was extremely helpful in not only helping me find exactly the vehicle I was looking for, but made the whole process extremely stress-free! I would not hesitate to go back to him again when I need the vehicle in the future!

Very poor sales experience low trade in offer.

What a horrible experience. For some reason Bergstrom thinks people want to spend hours at their dealership. I don't have time if I want to purchase a car I want to get it not sit there for hours. My salesman Sean was awful. He would not get to the point and move with the sale. Their trade in price was below KBB on a <3 year old car. Milwaukee and Madison offered me 2000-4000 more on my trade and new how to get most the paperwork done before I even went down there. I have better things to do than watch you talk to other customers while I sit hoping to buy today. Why didn't you run my credit, get numbers and move. I would have drove it home that day but you were too busy chit chating. Horrible. Did not follow up the next day either. The drive to Madison is worth not dealing with your dealership. So disappointing!!!!!!!!!!

Not a dollar less

Drove 3.5 hours from Illinois to buy a used car. Sales people would not negotiate on price of used car. Who in their right mind would ever pay the full asking price at a car dealership. Must be some cheese head logic. Nothing but a complete waste of time. On the other hand, if you want to sell your car. Take it to them. They apparently like to over pay for used cars. ( Again cheese head logic) Also, they have plenty of money for advertising ( bill boards and such) and multiple dealerships. But can't come down even a dollar to make a sale. Way to go guys keep up the horrible work.

Can't Make This Up

After spending hours researching cars for my sister-in-law we figured out what car would be best for her. Unfortunately we ran out of daylight to pick out a color so she went back to Bergstrom Mazda the following day. She decided on a color and asked for a price. After an hour of being jacked around she called me and I went to Bergstrom to help her. I also ask the guy for a price and he said "if you go with us you can save $500" numerous times. This game went on for 30 minutes the whole time he was not listening and was talking over me. He was clearly operating on his own agenda, not ours. We walked but they sent me a quote a few hours later. Funny thing, the quote was $1000 more than there no hassle pricing tag that was in the car we received a quote on...… When I got home I called Holiday and bought a car over the phone for a better price in 5 minutes. I will never go back to Bergstrom again.
