Tried getting loan wont move off there price. There price goes. Then summit paperwork incorrectly. And then I have to call back to find out I can get into... another car that I didn't want and would not work for my family.

I appreciate the friendly atmosphere of the service department and the speed at which they service my vehicle. I also appreciate the treats in the waiting... room, along with the cleanliness at which it is maintained. I am happy that they offer a car wash even though I do not always take advantage of it...it is still a nice complimentary service. I mostly appreciate the ease of making an appointment since I have moved 150 miles away.

After committing to a vehicle I had to wait 2 hours for finance manager. It was already after 5:00 closing with no end in sight it was decided I could... take the vehicle the 2 hours I had left to drive home. I was told I would have a call right away on Monday with my exact payment, rate and lender. I didn't receive a call until after 2:30 and found out they were adding the unnecessary gap insurance to my payment for the entire length of my loan!
I took my 2005 Santa Fe in for smell of gas and reduced MPG. It was a leak in the gas tank. Repair was covered under an extended warranty from Hyundai.... Also got to drive a nice rental vehicle for a few days, Very pleased with Bergstrom Hyundai service department.
This was not one of the greatest car buying experiences that I have had. The biggest complaint is that my family and I were there for 4.5 hours when we... pretty much picked out a car within the first 30 minutes. Waiting for the financing took forever and instead of getting the car detailed and filled with gas simultaneously while we waiting we had to wait further for that to be completed after the financing/paper signing was complete. In addition we felt extremely pressured into making a decision that day, pressured into choosing add-ons that increased our monthly payment, and again frustrated at the length of time the entire process took. Looking back now we would definitely rethink our purchase and should have walked away and came back the next day after thinking about things a bit more.
My wife and I bough a Mazda 6 2016. Our sales rep was Marty Hafenbradel. During our first visit Marty was very patient with us and we were not ready... to commit to buying the car at that point, as we wanted to talk it over and discuss the deal details, also to see if we can get a better offer else since we were trading in a Mazda 3. Marty was very professional throughout both visits. I called him after we had decided to buy the vehicle and he made the process very easy for us, he also got us a really good deal and taught us some important information about the car. We definitely made the right decision by buying from Bergstrom, our other car was also bought from Bergstrom a year ago and the service was first class then too, and that was what really swayed us to come back to Bergstrom. Overall a very pleasant experience and we are very happy that we made the decision to buy from Bergstrom. Many thanks
They tend not to give a best price until they see something competitive that is lower. They don't seem to know or care that other dealers offer better... prices. Instead they figure most people won't drive an hour to save good money. They will offer matching prices when faced with a better offer but I struggle when a different dealer has worked to earn my business just giving it to Bergstrom since they're closer. On a positive note, I have dealt with very nice and capable sales personnel. On the negative side, other than the Mini service department I've had zero positive experiences with any of the other service departments at Bergstrom dealers.
I picked out my 2012 Tiguan online and coordinated the bulk of the deal via text, fax, and online before stepping foot on the lot. It was a thing of beauty,... once I arrived at the showroom I took it for a spin, signed the papers and I was on my way home. Top notch experience for the busy professional.
