My lease was up on my old Escape and I liked it so much I decided to get another Escape. My husband (who also left a review) had a fusion and also decided to get an Escape. Adam May handled my lease trade in at a dealer near me in Ohio and found me the new Escape with the specifications that I wanted. He facilitated the purchase of my Escape through his dealership Mullinax Ford at New Smyrna Beach in Florida. I have had the new vehicle for about one month and am very happy with the purchase.

Could not have been any easier. My salesperson,Zachary was the most Knowledgeable and courteous guy I ha ever done business with. No dealer fee really means no dealer fee. No games here, I just called Jae and had my next F150 delivered to my office in the morning I have never had any issues buying from Mullinax over the past 15 years

The salesman Adam May was very helpful and patient with us. We stopped in one day and looked at a few used cars but couldn't decide on any and came back the next day to look at new cars. He was always polite and very professional. We test drove a new Mustang and when we returned he asked us how our test drive went. I stated that we didn't get much of a drive as the fuel tank was almost empty. So what did he do, he took the car and filled the tank and came back and said, now, take a good test drive, which we did and ended up buying the car. The entire staff was a joy to work with and the facilities were extremely clean in its appearance. One of the many things that made us purchase there was that they do not charge any dealer fees which saved us hundreds of dollars. Overall, it was one of the best car buying experiences we have ever had - Thank You Alex and Mullinax !!!
